I am very pleased with this service! All personnel involved in the process from the booking to the actual folks removing the furniture were wonderful. They were prompt, respectful, friendly and worked quickly. I received a follow-up call making sure that the process was satisfactory. I have dealt with bigger Junk removal companies in the past that were impersonal and much more costly ---- so from now on I will only use 1-800 Rid of it.

Dishwasher was leaking. Archie came out and couldn't find the source of the leak but tightened a water valve. He fixed fridge door and told me to take photos/video if the leaking continued. It continued and I sent a photo to which Archie determined that a valve required replacing. He came promptly and completed the service. I had some questions as to how the invoice was organized (parts versus service vs labour). Christina from the office responded quickly and clarified the queries. I am very pleased with this service (both the technician and the office staff).

This request was responded to quickly and completed the job with the utmost care. They removed an old satellite dish (which was an eyesore) and fastened the eavestrough securely (something that was not done previously by the professional roofers that installed it only a few years ago). I would not hesitate to call them again and was pleased to learn that they offer other restoration services throughout the year.
