There are not enough words to express how impressed we are with Enviro-Loc. After many years of planning and waiting for the right moment to do our landscaping, we came across Enviro-Loc on Home Stars, and the company completely exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and outstanding service.

We had a big project (front & back of home) and we were corresponding with Mike and Daniel (owner of Enviro-Loc) in the planning stages and throughout the 3 weeks that it took to complete this job. They were there every step of the way, no matter what time of day we called, they always responded to every question and concern we may have had.

It was also a great experience to communicate with Joseph (foreman in the excavation team) and with Jameel (head person in charge of laying the stones).
Even with different jobs on the go, Daniel (the owner of Enviro-Loc) always ensured to be present during the planning stage and when the work was being done, to make sure that all was being done at 110% to our satisfaction!
Mike, Daniel, Joseph, Jameel and all other people we corresponded with are kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional, honest and provide the best service you could ever ask for. They wanted to ensure that the job was done right from start to finish, and this is exactly what happened. We are so grateful that we had this experience with Enviro-Loc, and we would highly recommend this company for landscaping work!

We had our front entry, back patio and dog run all done with Enviro-loc. They were done over multiple years and the service each time was on time and spot on. I gave a contract to Enviro-Loc for doing interlock on my driveway and also installing a garden wall. From the beginning I had problems with these people, and at the end when they were done the driveway was one inch above the floor of one of the garages and they used several damaged/chipped and discolored stones. I complained about this but it was of no use and Daniel did not do anything about it. I had to build a ramp, shown in the picture, to be able to take my snow blower and lawn mower out of the garage.
A few weeks ago I also found out that the workers had dumped the damaged stones into the ravine at the back of my house and polluted the beautiful ravine. I do not recommend Enviro-Loc for you landscaping needs.

James and the team removed and relayed and upgraded our back patio interlocking which was causing us drainage issues. Process was quick and easy!

We were looking to redo part of our backyard to replace a rotting deck and bar area. Mike, Daniel and the rest of team were extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. They answered questions, were transparent in how they calculated cost, provided valuable suggestions based on my preferences and budget, were very friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves on the job. Top notch service! The end result looks great and we've gotten many compliments on our now functional backyard patio.

We had a drainage issue a few days after the completion of the project with extreme rainfall and they were quick to respond. They showed up the same day to assess the situation, and within a couple days to fix the problem. The issue has not returned since and they have checked periodically - particularly with the rainy summer we've had.

Sales: James was excellent overall. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made great aesthetic as well as practical suggestions, all of which we were happy to act upon.
Showroom: Toemar (in Mississauga), very helpful. Reviewed what our stone would look like new as well as worn, happy with both appearances
Administrative: Proposal sent with images via James including revisions after suggestions and showroom viewing. Contract sent which was clear and accurate
Timeframe: Installation occurred 2 weeks within signing and paying deposit, excavation occurred on a single day with installation exactly 1 week later
Installation: Smooth, professional, efficient. Excavation team showed up at 8 am of day 1, finished around 12:30 pm. Dedicated clean-up crew came and removed all debris. Stone dropped off 3 days before installation. Installation crew showed up at 8am on day 2 and finished around 1 pm. Dedicated clean up crew came at 5 pm. Daniel managed the project and did an excellent job.
Appearance: Every stone cut was well done. Alignment was perfect. Steps are even with no evidence of tilt or rotation. The dark border with lighter internal stones was suggested by James which we absolutely love.
Price: Excellent value. This was lower than our expected price and lower than what neighbours thought we had paid.

Enviro-Loc did a fantastic job on my front porch and steps. I was clueless about the process, but James took the time to go through everything with me step by step. More than once! The communication was clear from start to finish, and the crews were punctual and professional. The attention to detail and pleasant attitudes of the crews made the entire experience a delight. Enviro-loc installed a backyard patio for us. We are very happy with their workmanship and the patio looks great. All the employees we dealt with were very professional and courteous. Mike provided us with a very professional and detailed quote and was very easy to deal with. They were accurate with their time-lines on the installation date and the length of time it took for them to do the install. The crews were excellent and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an interlocking company.
