Enviro-Loc did an INCREDIBLE job on our new pool deck installation we are truly blown away with how good it looks! From the initial design concept to the final touches, the Enviro-Loc team exceeded expectations in transforming our large, unusable old pool deck and surrounding area to a beautifully landscaped haven. Throughout the project, Mike went above and beyond as our key contact, quickly answering all of our questions, providing a comprehensive design and plan, and managing project timelines. Mike also provided invaluable support in helping us select the perfect pavers and stones within our budget, making what could have been a daunting task easy with his expertise. During the install, both the demolition crew and interlock team also demonstrated exceptional efficiency and attention to detail. They were meticulous in ensuring all sloping was perfect, which was critical given the dimensions and position of our backyard. There were many challenging cuts and design elements that the interlock crew executed flawlessly. We were so impressed with their level of expertise. Everyone working on our site took extra care in ensuring the work area was kept tidy which we also greatly appreciated. Enviro-Loc also ensured that all remaining material and waste was quickly collected once the job was complete.

Of special note, we had an unforeseen issue arise after the pool company removed our old coping that would have impacted the new paver install. We were in panic after seeing this and called Enviro-Loc immediately to discuss options. Within hours, Enviro-Loc was able to find a specialized contractor to fix the issue without impacting any project timelines. The open communication and quick resolve is a great example of the amazing customer service offered.

Mike was fantastic from the beginning in helping us with our initial idea to what we ended up doing. He suggested options that made sense without interfering with our choices or circumventing our need to what he wanted to do or what was easier for Enviro to do. Many follow-ups and Mike was always there to respond or jump on a quick call to explain and give a visual which helped with some of our choices.

The construction phase was also smooth and like clock-work with Daniel, Joe and crew and then Jamil and crew. They worked efficiently and also kept cleaning up as they progressed. Our neighbours complemented how sidewalks were kept clean so kids could walk during school bus schedules.

Our backyard needed an overhaul. The deck was old and the grass wasnt growing in certain areas. I met with several different contractors to get quotes from deck demolition, deck rebuilding, to a complete hands off experience using a garden designer with patio etc. In the end we decided on Enviro-loc because first impressions do really matter. Mike spent considerable time onsite, measuring, checking grading etc before preparing us a thorough, well presented, and reasonably priced quote.

Communication was excellent throughout the whole project. Mike was always available, and responded very quickly to text messages, particularly when answering questions in regards to which interlocking to go with as we were out and about looking at options.

There were two onsite teams. The preparation team, and the team who laid the interlocking. Both were professional, and friendly. After the preparation stage, it became clear that we needed to undertake some work on our sunroom, before laying the interlocking. Mike and Daniel handled this interruption to the project with calm and ease, even interacting with our additional contract on our behalf to ensure the project continued to run smoothly.

The only thing I would add to anyone considering a project like this, is to be aware that when the interlocking is complete, you will be left with a concrete edge. Having never undertaken a project like this before, I had never considered this and that I would need to find a solution to integrate the interlocking into the rest of the yard. I am sure that Enviro-loc would have offered a solution had I asked, but we were happy with the end result and wanted to time take to consider what we wanted.

Happy with my new backyard patio. The job was done within very reasonable time frame. All was clean once completed, and no sign of construction.

To save the largest tree in our neighbourhood, we needed to restore its access to rainwater, by replacing 400 square feet of pavement with permeable pavers. The first 2 quotes we received made us doubt that we could raise enough money for the project. When we sought a quote from Enviro Loc Interlocking Ltd, wanted to know more about our project. We were elated when they offered to donate their labour, so as to help us save this magnificent tree. Our 100 people donated money to cover the costs, and the Enviro Loc team did a wonderful job installing the permeable pavers. I can't say enough good things about this company!!

I had my porch redone along with garden wall at the front and side of my house. I had banding along the driveway and boulevard. I had a walkway leading to the backyard - patio on the side of the house and backyard facing the garden. I had garden walls put in a L shape on one side of my garden and a smaller garden wall around my cedar trees.
I was very pleased with the final results. I would highly recommend Enviro Lock. The owner Daniel and project manager Mike were great in resolving any issues I brought up. I highly recommend Enviro-loc.
