I have recently required the services of a HVAC person or company to look into and diagnose my AC/Furnace issue, as all of a sudden stopped working with not power.
As recommended by my brother in law that had previously used the services from Moore Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. I proceeded to contacted them (EOAN) through text messages for a diagnose and quote. Eoan returned my text message and inquiries within 30 minutes, offering immediately a couple of options for him to be able to come by the house as we knew that the weather will start to be very warm by the weekend, very impressive already as I thought that was very thoughtful on his part.
As it was very difficult for me to be available at a reasonable time during the week, Eoan offer to come by on the Saturday of the long weekend and I was and I'm very grateful for his decision, help and assistance that day. Eoan, came on time with a great attitude and personality being very courteous and helpful right away, and conducted himself very professionally. He was able to diagnose and assess the problem/s as my unit is not young anymore but his honesty, expertise and experience, were able to save me from getting a whole brand new unit as he said that my unit even though it was one of the old ones, it was still a great unit to keep and immediately offer me various solutions plus extras to be able to keep the same unit.
Eoan took his time to make sure both AC and furnace, were back up and running again, plus needed to get parts the same day in order for everything to operate 100%. No only he has done a great job and repair but incredibly cost efficient too. Thank you very much Eoan, much appreciated your help and assistance you have provided me with.
I'm definitely very pleased with the service reprovided by Eoan in a timely manner and most important, in a safely manner. I would absolutely recommend Eoan and his company to all my Family, Friends and neighbors for any future opportunities where a HVAC person will be
required.

It's been now a few days and I couldn't be happier, with how everything turned out.

Eoan arrived at my house to fix my air conditioning unit. His work was excellent , professional and reasonably priced. Eoan was very honest and explained the issues to me. Highly recommended without hesitation.

Our aging A/C unit stopped cooling during the first July heat wave. We sent an inquiry to Moore Heating & Air Conditioning and George replied within 30 minutes, offering to come to our location later that day. He was able to assess the problem and provide an immediate solution, as well as cost-effective options and timelines for the eventual replacement of our unit. George demonstrated tremendous expertise, and we really appreciate that he took the time to explain what we can do to keep our unit running efficiently. We are very pleased with the timely, courteous service we received, and would absolutely recommend Moore Heating & Air Conditioning to our friends and neighbours!

They installed new duct work as part of my basment renovation project. They did a nice clean job and were friendly.

Furnace exhaust fan was broken which was fixed by George. Good professional who knows his work well.

Arrived ahead of time, for the job done quickly and professionally. Price was reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Overall very impressed.
