I received quotes from three different vendors, but Steve from The Boiler Shoppe was clearly the most knowledgeable and provided me with the best advice when he came to provide a quote. Their entire team was professional to work with. My new Mitsubishi multi-split system has worked great so far to cool my house. I can't wait to try the heat pump option this fall!

Upon finding ourselves in sudden need of a new boiler system, as our older system became unexpectedly corroded, Ricardo came out to our home, inspected the failing system, and very succinctly explained the different options and their costs available to us for replacement. He, then, made his recommendation.

After some deliberation, we decided to follow his advice, and he and his team came and installed both systems, and a through-the-wall air conditioning unit (which we were able to bundle together at a reduced cost), with as little fuss and disturbance to our home as possible.

We are very happy, and I absolutely would recommend The Boiler Shoppe to anyone.

I was nervous having had a bad instal of a ductless from another company 5 years ago, but everything was seamless. Ricardo needed to re-asure me a bit throughout the process. It was installed in one day. They brought in a crane to put it on the roof of our comercial building. Interestingly we switched from gas to ductless and our electrical bill has gone down as the gas furnace still had electrical parts and must have been much less efecient. So not just are we saving from cutting off the gas but our electrical bill is lowwer too! We had a small leak came through a hole they put in for the ductless and they quickly came back to repair it.

After a shocking middle of the night evacuation from our home due to a carbon monoxide leak, I contacted the Boiler Shoppe at 6am on family day Monday. Ricardo called us back promptly and gave us expert advice over the phone. He was able to diagnose the problem with our triangle tube furnace and took the time to assess the serious nature of the malfunction -(it was very close to catching fire!) Ricardo came out first thing the next day and sourced us a new boiler to solve the problem. His price was a third cheaper than the competitors and he showed us the inner workings of the viessman boiler system. Our heat is back on and thanks to Ricardo we got more than great service, we also got a calm and steady presence in what was otherwise a very stressful ordeal. Thanks to the Boiler Shoppe!
