Empower Home Comfort -
When our water heater tank leaked water, I called my Home Warranty Program coverage, which I paid monthly, and reported the tank. I was referred to and paid for a water heater technician to assess the hot water tank. The technician informed me Assurant Services... will contact me. To-date, despite calling numerous times since Sep. 23/2020, no one called back. I even called them after the new tankless was completed.
Very frustrated, I checked on the internet, and the first company that caught my eyes was Empower Home Comfort. The service provided by the employees of this company is really excellent.
1) Mr. Tommy, Home Comfort Consultant - Respectful, very easy to deal with and explained the project clearly, from start to finish. Also, seeing to it the project is started soonest and completed in a short time possible.
2) Mr. Rey, Project Manager - He regularly visited the work site and checked the progress of the project. When the work was completed, he explained how the tankless boiler works and even suggested what more to add to make the system work more efficiently.
3) Mr. Masoud and his team - They are very courteous, asking permission before entering the premises, wearing mask for protection against covid-19. Started and completed the project on a timely manner. Arrived early and started work on the installation. Even working through the night, and did not leave until the job was completed. Furthermore, they work systematically, one group worked on the water heater and another on the air conditioner. Work time well spent.
Overall, Empower Home Comfort has very excellent employees. Courteous, diligent and hard working.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I will surely choose a 10 or higher.
