Gas furnace replacement

I lost gas furnace on very cold late Feb Friday night...called Empower salesman who came promptly with the suitable offer, next day two professional, kind, hard working very knowledgeable removed the old equipment, placed the new one along with all options and necessary ducting modifications ....at the end good housekeeping and video of the instructions....the heat was back in 24 hours!

Hot water tank replacement

Water Filtration & Purification review in Toronto

Our hot water tank died so we decided to replace with a Rinnai tankless system. This is a considerable expense but it seems like a good long term investment.

Our installation technicians Behzad, Mehdi, Amir and Masoud were all extremely hard working and professional, and willing to answer all questions we had about the installation process.

We had several setbacks which dragged this one day install into a challenging three day install but this is through no fault of the installation crew, and they handled the situation like the professionals they are.

We had to hire a drywall contractor to both open and close a bulkhead so the guys could replace a vent pipe. This added to our overall cost and was not expected but sometimes these things happen.

Tankless water system install

Masoud and his team were polite efficient ad clean. Did a great job. I reviewed multiple companies including enercare and home depot and Empower provided the best value. I warned about how many companies contract services out (which is not inherently bad) but Empower’s crew worked for them and were great. Highly recommend. You will be very pleased

Tankless water heater/boiler and AC

I had a tankless water heater and AC installed and both are much more quiet and has increased my storage space and balcony space (AC) in my small condo. Behzad and Misagh were very friendly and professional, and did a great job with the installation. The piping is neatly out of the way and the system works great!

Excellent From Start - Finish

Basement Renovation review in Toronto

Recently had our old Baxi combi-boiler replaced with a new Bosch combi-boiler along with an install of a new smart thermostat.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sales person (Tommy) conducted an onsite visit and provided a very competitive quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

A couple of days later Behad and Amir completed the install. Both arrived on-time and completed the job the same day as we didn’t have any heat. Really appreciated their fast, professional service. They also removed the old boiler and did a thorough cleanup. They also installed our smart thermostat and took the time to ensure the entire system was working smoothly before they left.

BEST service!!

Markham

I cannot thank Empower enough for their efficiency and for their reliability. We had a gas leak and carbon monoxide was detected. A thorough investigation was conducted, which was followed by excellent care. We required a new furnace, which was installed shortly after. Danny called me personally to walk me through the required products and services to ensure our home would be safe - gave us a good deal too. The workers took extra care of us. The quality of work is immeasurable. Empower Home Comfort is the way to go. You will not be disappointed.
