Over the last five years, I've contacted Appliance Repair Experts multi times. Always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I am really happy with their service. It comes highly recommended from me.

Absolutely terrible experience.

The technician did not put everything back together on my stove and told me to glue a part back on myself. Reviewing documents myself showed that he just forgot to put that part together properly and it is not meant to be glued.

He also left debris under the range top and was rude and insulting when I phoned him about it.

After 5 days I have still not heard from management about any of these issues.

Absolutely do not use this company.

John swiftly diagnosed the problem and had a solution for our refrigerator problem. After describing the origin of the problem, he was able to repair it, and we noticed immediate changes with it. Our refrigerator no longer freezes our food, and our ice machine works well.

We hired this company to do a repair on our stove. At first everything seemed good as they said they would come the next day, between 12-4pm. But no show. No calls. Nothing. I had to chase them down. They said they'd come back in two days again between 12-4. No show again. No calls. Nothing. That's two days of staying home from work with no acknowledgement, explanation or apology. When I called them, they say to "Press 1" for a manager. I left two voice messages with Vito. No one ever called back. On the third try, the guy came 1.5 hrs early. Suddenly, once the repair was done, they started calling multiple times a day to get their money. Not a business I would ever recommend.

Overnight, my fridge freezer died. There was no electricity and it was lighting. Harry was able to come out that morning to fix my frozen food. He identified the problem and had the necessary part on hand to repair it the same day.

Called Appliance Repair Expert and tech arrived on schedule the next morning. he fixed a washer that was leaking and noisy, had replacement parts, and was quite reasonable priced. This service has exceeded y expectations.
