I hired Appliance Repair Expert to take a look at my broken dryer, and they sent over Daniyal over. At the time he was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing, so I hired him to go ahead with the repairs. Unfortunately, less than a month later, the dryer is broken again, with the exact same issue as before.
Since their services were guaranteed for 30 days, I reached out to customer service on the Appliance Repair Experts website and they told me to contact the technician. So I reached out to Daniyal multiple times to see if he could come back and take a look, but didn't get a response.
I went back to customer support, and they told me to contact his manager, but the manager also didn't reply either. Any refund requests would also need to go through the manager, who is still unreachable. I contacted customer service again regarding the refund and they said it will be processed in 2-3 business days, but haven't sent any confirmation. I'm still waiting for this "refund".
If you go with their service, just hope that the issue doesn't reoccur, and you need to contact them again.
