Absolutely terrible experience. The technician did not put everything back together on my stove and told me to glue a part back on myself. Reviewing documents myself showed that he just forgot to put that part together properly and it is not meant to be glued. He also left debris under the range top and was rude and insulting when I phoned him about it. After 5 days I have still not heard from management about any of these issues. Absolutely do not use this company.
