Appliance Repair Expert

We hired this company to do a repair on our stove. At first everything seemed good as they said they would come the next day, between 12-4pm. But no show. No calls. Nothing. I had to chase them down. They said they'd come back in two days again between 12-4. No show again. No calls. Nothing. That's two days of staying home from work with no acknowledgement, explanation or apology. When I called them, they say to "Press 1" for a manager. I left two voice messages with Vito. No one ever called back. On the third try, the guy came 1.5 hrs early. Suddenly, once the repair was done, they started calling multiple times a day to get their money. Not a business I would ever recommend.
