I hired KAROL for framing & load bearing beam for my job in Newmarket and he exceeded my expectations by far! We hired Saco Construction to do our framing and drywall for our basement renovation. We were very pleased with not only the work that was done, but the professionalism that Karol has running the business.

Karl from Saco construction was amazing to work with, very professional, punctual and does great framing work. Was amazed at how fast him and his helper finished the basement. It took them 2 days and the job was very neat. He definitely has a lot of experience doing this gave me several options for layout and to make maximum use of the space I had.
