I requested Saco Construction for a quote and they were very responsive in this busy market. The owner showed up next day on time and give me a quote by noon time. He checked and discussed the scope of work and fully understand the urgency of work. They show up on schedule time and competed the works professionally and tide up the site. I highly recommend them for any framing and wall bearing works.wonderful experience with Saco construction and appreciate the great service.

Karol and his crew framed our 1000sq ft basement in a day. It looks incredible and me and my wife couldn’t ask for more. He showed up on time, gave great suggestions for maximum living space and was very easy to deal with. From the minute he showed up he was very proffesional and knew exactly what needed to be done. All material was brought in the house and all garbage was taken out with 0 damage. Saco has definitely set a high standard for our expectations with the rest of our trades. We could not have asked for a better carpenter to do this job for us, we are very grateful. Karol recently did a fairly large framing project for us and I am extremely pleased with the results. The scope included removal of a load bearing wall, full basement framing and some floor plan modifications on the main and upper level. Firstly, Karol is extremely professional and easy to communicate with, scheduling was easy and he understood exactly what I was looking for. Secondly, the quality of work speaks for itself, the building inspectors noted specifically that the work was done above code. Lastly, Karol was very resourceful, even with a shortage of LVLs in our area, he was able to get us the LVLs we needed and keep the project on track. I would highly recommend Karol.

There is always that concern when selecting a contractor that they execute properly and within the budget and timeline agreed to. Karol was great. Our second time hiring Karol from Saco construction to do some framing and hanging drywall for us and we are once again happy with the result. Karol is a kind person who knows his trade, is responsive, on time and fair. The work is great and we are very pleased. He hung drywall in a basement (ceiling and wall), framed/hung material in a shower stall, framed a fireplace and hung drywall (10’ high) and created a laundry nook for us. Karol completed a basement framing and installation of subfloor with great detail and quickly. Karol answered all my questions with clear, helpful replies. The little details such as access panels and notches were well done and marked down on the framing. They cleaned up the basement afterwards too leaving no garbage behind. Great service and work!
