We had Karol and his crew come by and frame our backyard deck. Very efficient, fast and hars working group of individuals who treat your project as if it were there own. Very well organized and on time everyday. Thank you Karol to you and your team!

I originally met Karol when my water heater died and I needed someone to frame and insulate a mounting location for the new tankless water heater. Karol squeezed me in, even though he was fully booked and did an awesome job. So a few months later when I needed the basement apartment framed, I called him back.

His price was very competitive and he worked to adjust his schedule to accommodate my timelines. He did great work and it was done in an impressively short amount of time. When I asked for a few changes, which were due to an oversight on my part, Karol simply said no problem, took care of them right away and didnt charge me anything extra.

Ill be putting in another bathroom in about a year, so Ill definitely be giving Saco Construction the Job!

Karol did a framing and drywall job for us, and also rebuilt our back patio that was becoming unstable in places. He was thorough, prompt, reliable, and very hardworking. The end product is very nice. We would certainly hire him again.

Wow, what an experience. I would give 10 stars if I could. Karol was professional, courteous, and clean. From initial contact right to the finish, we had such a fantastic experience. Karol showed up early every day, he cleaned up after himself every day, made minor changes on the fly (upon our request) without complaint, and even went so far as to clean other contractors mess. He recognized that we had small children and accommodated by keeping his compressor outdoors to keep the job quiet. Karols thoughtfulness is very much appreciated and we wish all of our contractors spent as much time as him to make their customers happy.
