Framing of infill walls, strapping of existing 2x4 walls with 2x2 to create a 2x6 cavity, removed walls and installed flush mount beams, raised every door header, fixed previous issues from original builder. Karol is very professional, punctual and reliable. He and his team are very thoughtful, given we were still living in the house. Debris was removed from house without damage to our doors, new material brought inside in the same fashion and they worked clean and methodically. Tools put away each night and the site cleaned. The scope increased and Karol provided the cost and proceeded efficiently. I would highly recommend Saco Construction.
