Put dining chairs together. $100. Chair broke with defect Daniyal didn’t tell me about. Breezeway gate he built and can’t open door as built it too low to ground. Scrounged up two outdoor shutters that were used. Discovered had holes in them and one louvre bent; Spent $400. cash. Supposed to have fixed entry gate. Haven’t been able to use it since he “fixed” it. Said if I gave him good review he would be able to rectify his mistakes. No shows. Wanted to do more projects but thankfully didn’t happen. I called police but they suggested small claims court; however, I had no receipts; only cash paid.

Don't be fooled by this guy's promises and more promises and even more added value promises until you pay and you will loose all your money.

I have given this guy by the name Danny or Daniyal over $21000.00 for a major basement renovation. I have reported to Durham police they need one more complaint against him to take action. This guy's contact is xxxxxx7252 Shows up for quote as Royale Reno's. He will take all your money and (a) cut and break your basement pipes or (b) never show up for any work. You will loose money, sleep, time and be distressed. If you have also lost money we both or as many people out there who have lost money can get him arrested. Call Durham police. Even the people he brings to your property to act like workers so he can get more money out of you are part and parcel of his plan. I am already working on taking further legal appropriate action against him. We need to report him to police as much as we can. Once you give him your money you are at his mercy where he won't start the work untill you pay him more and more or he disappears. I want people to report him to police to take legal action against him.

please please . Do not use this guy. He claims to have a team of workers he is untruthful . He will take your money use jobbers and do shady deals and do not finish the work and never return. He will put you in a financing situation that will cause you to lose your home.. The police needs to get involve and stop this guy.

I asked the owner to assemble a basketball net I purchased at Costco. We paid and after, realized he didn't put it together properly. He has flaked on his promises returns numerous times. I feel jipped

they came to quote me on a job , they quoted one amount when I met with them the price went up significantly, I agreed, don't know why, but when they started they did not know how to do the work I wanted done, then they wanted more money, I had already paid more than half of the quote, when I refused to give more monet they left my house a mess, don't use them I lost money, did little work which wasn't done correctly

After we were disappointed in the bathroom renovation done by a previous contractor, I contacted Royale Renos. They were caring and flexible and agreed to complete the work that included removing and replacing the shower floor and tiles. In two days, he had Adam begin the job! He was skilled, organized and professional. We were very pleased with the beautiful completed shower. We plan to have this company help us with future projects and we would definitely recommend them to others.

I’ve been wanting my dream kitchen forever and Royale Reno’s gave me exactly what I wanted. It’s the most beautiful kitchen I’ve ever seen and I’m proud to say it’s MINE. Daniyal was the nicest contractor I’ve hired in a very long time. He was punctual and got the job done in a small time frame which is super rare for a contractor. Thank you Daniyal for all your hard work and I’ll highly recommend him to all my friends and family. I’ve never been happier because cooking feels amazing now.
