Hired to do eves and other items, did a decent job but left old eves on garage roof (Still there). Also there was miscommunication as to what we wanted done, promised to come back to do additional items (which we were going to pay for). Promised to have work completed before winter, sent several texts and eventually they ghosted us. Very disappointing, wanted to support a small business but would not recommend to others

They were late coming to do work. Sent messages as to when they would show up. Came in August, were supposed to come in July. Didnt let me know.
Finally came and when they left l noticed down spout at back of garage was leaking. It was not properly installed and by chimney, there was a gap of at least 1 inch away from chimney. After a rain, it leaked. I have called numerous times. They say they are coming and never show up. Josh doesn't even return text messages or phone calls. He was to show up a couple of Saturdays ago and guess what?? He didnt. I texted Sabrina and Josh and neither one replied. I was very patient and understanding, but l really feel l was used by the both of them. I would NEVER, EVER recommend them. I still have leaking eavestroughs. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Sabrina arrived, quoted the homeowner $580 to repair gutter and seal corners. Agreed on work and, at last minute, Sabrina came by with worker to "complete" it. She willingly took the money but the next day, corners were leaking and other work was not completed. Back and forth and many promises later, Sabrina never showed up. Many excuses and still work is not finished. Finally informed her that she was not welcome on property after two months of wasted promises. At this point, BBB and small claims court is in process.

Our eaves trough required urgent repair after a heavy downpour. Joshua was able to come out on short notice and fixed everything promptly. very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommended.

JJs team was great! Quick response on quote, installation team was tidy and courteous. Very happy with the job!

Josh and his crew were absolutely amazing they are very knowledgeable, friendly, hard working. Job was done very good did a complete exterior renovation and it was done fairly quick they cleaned up the job site after it was super spotless. Also josh and his team came to do me a favour for free a few weeks later. Most people don’t do that. Would highly recommend and hire them again for all exterior housing needs.

Josh and the his team came and evaluated the job. The turnaround the quote in a couple of days which I confirmed right away. They were able to start when they said they would within 1.5 weeks of the estimate. And, they worked hard to complete the job in 1 day (1 day less than was estimated).

I moved to a new home with improperly installed eavestroughs and rotten fascia in many places. Joshua and his team are professional, hard working, and punctual. They walked me through the different options available and carefully explained the process. They confirmed the scope of work in a written contract and their pricing was very competitive. I am very pleased with the final product and I would not hesitate to recommend JJS Environmental Construction.

Professional is not the words we would use...day 1, left screws and debris from demo, in driveway ... Day two left oil stains on driveway and interlock!! With no recourse!!
