Student Works Window Cleaning

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Will and Aiden of Student Works. Our gutters, siding and windows are sparkling clean. Will and Aiden were excellent workers with very pleasant personalities and it was very nice of hear of their future plans regarding study and work careers. Thank you so much!

The team of 4 including Nathan were very thorough in their work. They were very friendly and didnt hesitate to give us updates on the cleaning, etc. We got before and after pictures so we knew what to expect. Great Teamwork and we would definitely recommend them, actually already have.

Terrible service right from the get-go. As per my contract, I was supposed to get my windows cleaned in May. We are now in mid July and I have not been able to schedule a day with my operator. I've gotten nothing but the run around the entire time. I almost started thinking this whole company was not legit!. The lack of communication/response has been very unprofessional. Not a way to run a business guys!. I was even told that I could not contact his supervisor/manager directly to file a complaint and request my deposit back. Thankfully, one of the admin people did finally provide me with her email and I emailed today. Let's see if I hear back. If not, I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Not reliable. Buyers Beware.

Windows were clean. Interior tracks and frames were not done as promised. I was dealing with 2 crews. 1st crew had little to no communication about scheduled dates. They accommodated me with a set date and started earlier than when someone was home. I removed all the screens to make it easier for the crew. They attended my residence and called me to say it was raining (which was not true. It was dark). I told them I'd prefer they start the job, and if it starts raining to stop. They left for the day and did not call me to reschedule. The second crew did the work but half of the interior tracks were not cleaned on the service date. I did inform them right away (just after they left the residence). The Co. did call to reschedule, but did not call me right away. I couldn't wait for them to return a week later so I reinstalled the screens and completed the job myself. Should have been done right the first time, or they could have returned forthwith to correct the problem.

We had our exterior windows washed as well as our soffits cleaned. The students were very polite and did an excellent job. We would certainly recommend them.

Hired Student works to clean/seal our concrete driveway and patio as well as clean our windows and apply rainex. Two students showed up and were done all the work within a few hours strange that it took such a short amount of time . After seeing the work , it was understandable. Windows were completely missed, rainex not used , items not even moved to power wash underneath etc. My husband has voiced his displeasure and told them not to return to seal the driveway . We were told people would return to clean the windows properly but that hasnt happened . Will not return our deposit and communication has only happened when we have initiated . Terrible service and would not recommend at all . My mother in law had a terrible experience with this company getting her deck stp and restained - we should have listened to her . Never again

Young man came to my door, pleasant and polite,
we agreed on a price for window cleaning services and I sent a downpayment to lock in a future date.
I received a call on a Wednesday morning stating they would be at my house within 4 hours.
I said it can't be, because I remember saying my wife works from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so my booking would be on one of those days, so you can get paid when done.
"Sorry buy we are in the neighborhood today, so we're going to have to rebook you".
Ok, we rebooked. Day came and went and never heard back.
finally connected with his apologies (weeks later), and I said, "Sorry, but this is unexceptable, can I please have my deposit back, as no service was rendered nor provided for".
"Sorry, we don't return deposits sir".
So even if they dropped the ball, apparently, I am out the money with no service and just a verbal apology on the phone.

Did an outstandingly thorough and competent job of cleaning my windows. And were very courteous.

Mark and his crew were amazing to deal with. They did a phenomenal job on my windows and front entrance soffit. I have been so in love with my windows that I have closed the curtains!

The guys showed up early and did a terrific job. They were very pleasant to deal with.
