Window interior and exterior cleaning
Windows were clean. Interior tracks and frames were not done as promised. I was dealing with 2 crews. 1st crew had little to no communication about scheduled dates. They accommodated me with a set date and started earlier than when someone was home. I removed all the screens to make it easier for the crew. They attended my residence and called me to say it was raining (which was not true. It was dark). I told them I'd prefer they start the job, and if it starts raining to stop. They left for the day and did not call me to reschedule. The second crew did the work but half of the interior tracks were not cleaned on the service date. I did inform them right away (just after they left the residence). The Co. did call to reschedule, but did not call me right away. I couldn't wait for them to return a week later so I reinstalled the screens and completed the job myself. Should have been done right the first time, or they could have returned forthwith to correct the problem.
