I got a quote for $900 and ended up paying almost $$3800.
They damaged all my dressers, and dropped 4 of my bins that had antique Christmas ornaments, they all broke. They forgot to load my headboard and mirror to my bed set. Then offered to go get but I would have to pay another $500.
When my truck got to my new place they told me I had to pay the $3800 before they unload the truck. The workers o both ends demanded a tip of at least 150 each before they opened the truck.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Bad news: I was moving from Ontario to N.S. in Feb. I was quoted $900 in total & had to pay $100 for a deposit (seemed fair). They took a month delivering my belongings to me & left my stuff in the middle of the parking lot of my apartment building. I got a bill from them for $1700. I HAD to pay it because my computer was with it and I need to look for work. Multiple times, I tried to call their accounting department & their 'owner/senior sales rep' but no one contacted me. This company will hold your belongings ransom and double your fees.

They moved me last June. They over-charged me by $150.00. MOST of my furniture was damaged. They have refused to deal with my claim. Now it's impossible to reach them by phone. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They refused to talk to them as well. They shouldn't be allowed to operate in Ontario or anywhere else! DO NOT hire them unless you want to get ripped off.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Moonstare/ Greenway what ever name they are using. A total hustlers. They low ball the quote, then jack up the price once they have your stuff in the truck. They will hold it hostage leaving you with no choice to pay what ever they feel like charging. READ THE FINE PRINT!!! ITS AN AUTOMATIC 450 extra FOR ANYTHING UNDER 5000LBS plus $300 for every 1000lbs over 2000. That is on top of the original quote.

They make you pay a 100 deposit, once they charge it, send
you an email saying its non refundable. Once they get your money, customer service is non existent. The manager actually laughed at at me while I tried to get my deposit back..long before my move. Refused of course. This company does not even have ligit contact information for complaints or legalities. The BBB was unable to locate them. I recommend hiring a reputable company that will honor their price and insure your items arrive on time and in tact. In the long run..you will save money.

quoted 1500 paid 6730 they held my belongings for ransom! backed into my eaves trough causing $737 damage ruined my newly refinished hardwood floors repairs $3500 damaged my dresser and my bedposts online claims form does not work nobody will respond to you about damages. they think you will go away if they ignore you long enough can't find an address for the company or the other company name they go by they don't respond to phone calls unless you owe them money

Stay away from this company, my original quote was $750, final bill $3,200... When I asked for an explanation they were rude and not helpful. The lady for the accounting department told me that either I pay, or they will be going to keep my furniture and go to court. After several days, they offer me a "discount", they invoiced $450 and the rest $2175 in cash, no invoice.
If you think you will save money by booking through this company, you are totally wrong,,. If you book with them, I'm 100% sure you will be paying more and be disappointed for the lack of professionalism.

Awful company who will absolutely overcharge you. I had a studio/one-bedroom move from Toronto to NB. They quoted by approximately 1000 lbs for the move, so while packing I weighed and recorded everything to make sure I stayed within those parameters. On the day of the move, the mover tried to offer me a flat rate of 3500 lbs. I knew this was WAY more than the weight of my things, so I declined and asked to have it weighed at a scale. I immediately emailed Greenway and asked them to contact me - but no reply for almost a week. When I finally got ahold of them, they told me the weight was 3140 lbs. I asked for scaling tickets, and after arguing with them, they finally provided me with them a day later. One looked legit, but the other way barely legible and without a timestamp. I called the scaling company - turns out they have no record of this scaling ticket, and the ticket # didn't even exist. This company overcharged me $1070. They are a disaster to deal with. You can see my full complaint on BBB to understand the magnitude of how awful this company is. If you think you will save money by booking through this company, you are unfortunately wrong. You way pay at least 2x the amount of any honest company.

Original quote was $850.00. Final bill $2304.00. I booked after being assured movers were equipped with PPE. They showed up with no PPE. I was their second move of the day and they had one further move the same day. They did not wrap any furniture, walls were marked and curio cabinet was broken. My furniture was WET after they left. Not sure where the moisture came from. Disgusting, filthy and beyond unprofessional. BBB and Health Dept. here I come.

Paid almost 1300 for the initial move (quote was under 800), then paid over 100/mth for storage. I was told it was climate controlled etc.
After about 9 months in storage, I have the move completed. My items were broken, boxes covered in mold, my brand new mattress was stained from sitting in water, my lamp was smashed etc. Before the guys would unload, they also watched me etransfer a tip of 150 bucks before they unloaded. The accounting department were I had to submit pics and my claim has gone unanswered for 6 weeks. They said 4 weeks. Now my emails cannot go through. Horrible service with zero respect for the customer or your belongings. USE AT OWN RISK! Terrible company.

I was charged a Warehouse Handling Fee (120 plus HST) which was not included in my quote, then told I had to pay for my things to be moved, but that I could call when the head officed opened on Monday; my move was on a Saturday. Head office agreed that they did not quote a Warehouse Handling Fee. I was told I needed to fill a form to get my money back. I took the time to fill out the form only to revice a response weeks after one was promised that "All moves that are not a same day or next day move are offloaded into our warehouse..." and that is why I was charged the fee.
