These guys were absolutely fantastic. They came to my home, wrapped all of my furniture with speed and precision as well as my baby grand piano, which I was most worried about. They took great care in moving my belongings into and out of the moving vans. The fee was more than fair for the work involved. Carefully attentive movers listened to my concerns and were responsive to arrange my move. Moving is stressful and they made it less so! Thank you! I will be recommending you to everyone.

I paid over 11000.00 for my 4800.00 estimate. Truck was to be there at 9 arrived at 2. Packed till midnight truck was to small I was told 130 am new truck new truck 4 am 2 guys show up saying they are tired. They cannot speak English. Has to be out of home by noon. Truck not loaded till 3. All my things are broken. Mirrors. Cast iron tables. Company tried to charge 2000.00 extra to take my belongings off the truck . The price was reasonable too. If I need to move again I will definitely call greenway moving.

13 hours to move 3 bedroom condo with invoice that was almost three times the estimate. I had to pay because they won’t unload until paid. Nothing where it should be and unwrapped furniture on soaking wet floor of truck. They took everything apart and didn’t tell us until after that it was $75/item to reassemble. They left dangerous piles of furniture and boxes everywhere.

I Had a great experience with GreenWay movers. They moved me from Montreal to New York and quoted me lower than any other moving company in Monreal. They were also able to take on the job on very short notice and helped me with all the paper work required to move my things to the States. All of my belongings arrived undamaged and on time. I would highly recommend these guys!!

They did a very good job on packing, loading and unloading everything. Nothing damaged. it was a full packing and same day job. They did it these guys are really good on what they are doing. I highly recommend GreenWay moving. Special thanks to Ata Jamal and Bulent.

It was very stressful times, waiting for closing date,choosing the movers and ofcours the move itself. We had to go through all the quotes and we are glad we went with Greenway Moving. The movers who came for our move were very personable and polite. We had so much stuff and we needed extra packaging. The guys knew exactly what they were doing, they were very professional and quick. Even though it took us all day to move, everything went smooth and the price was on point.

Elly was extremely pleasant and helpful helping to organize and co-ordinate our father's move. The movers arrived exactly as scheduled, promptly and with a brand new truck. The two movers, Atakhan and Boulant were very hardworking, efficient and extremely polite. They made a stressful day so much more bearable. We were locating our elderly father from Toronto to the suburbs. We would highly recommend the company and these movers in particular.

even business cards. I called the # on the website and it was dead end, not even that company anymore. After much searching I was finally able to find a number that connected to the moving company and was told they were in the middle of moving themselves which was why the telephone number issue. I was charged over double the amount quoted. They state a 3 bedroom house should be 4000-6000 lbs. As it turns out that is not even possible. NO WAY! We had already moved three 9' x 12' trailers full ourselves with garage / shed / basement items, we had NO appliances, very minimal (not heavy wood) furniture, average amount of boxes for a 3 bedroom home and ours ended up weighing in at 8200 lbs. They made a MESS of our cream carpeted stairs at the old place, when they left they were black. They took 5 hours to load the truck, yes remember I said they only sent 2 guys. That was with us helping them bringing ALL boxes from upper floor and basement both to the main floor for them to load the truck. Movers took cigarette breaks every 15-20 minutes it seemed. Nightmare!!!
Then I was contacted by the moving company the next day and was told the extortionate amount they were going to charge me for the move because of the weight. And if I didn't pay it before the load was scheduled to be dropped off they would NOT return our belongings. Was told at that point that its not unusual for homes to weight over the amounts quoted and the weight is was it is. We had to pay or we would not get our items back. AND if we wanted to pay by credit card they usually add another 5% on top of the cost for the credit card fee but they were going to be generous and only add 3%. Holding our belongings hostage was outrageous in my opinion but again what choice did I have but to pay the ransom amount they asked, or I live with nothing I own and try and fight it. So I paid, no choice.
Now at the other end where they were unloading our belongings (2 days later), again they were LATE, and only sent 2 guys. Unloading went faster but always does. Some furniture was damaged, and 1 item was missing completely. I was in contact with the company several more times that day about my displeasure with the whole experience, they outrageous cost and damaged and missing items. To no avail regarding the cost. No compensation for all the problems or budging on that at all from them. Was told that they found the missing item and it would be delivered in 1 week when they were out this way again. Not happy about that but I decided to accept that and wait. Well, today was they day it was to arrive and it did not show up. I have called and left a message. No reply yet. As for the damaged item. No claim form was ever sent to me as they said they would. Nothing has happened at all.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY, AND I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
IF YOU DO DECIDE TO USE THEIR SERVICES, BUYER BEWARE!!!!

4 1/2 stars. Right from the beginning, they were great! Elly in the office is particularly amazing! She gave me the best price out of 20+ companies I got quotes from and it was a pleasure talking with her. She was professional, polite, friendly, fun and efficient. What else could you ask for? And, once everything was done and I was all moved in, there were no extra costs for anything. As well, both the two movers in Toronto and the two in Montreal were awesome! They were all very polite and professional. Thanks guys for taking such good care of my stuff! Even the payment was easy as I was able to pay by e-transfer. That's where Elly shone again because accounting made a mistake and the bill was more than it should have been. Elly was right on top of it and got corrected in no time. I highly recommend this company!
