Scotty was recommended to us by another one of his clients and we quickly developed a comfort level that we would be in good hands, no gimmicks or fancy sales brochures, just talked the job through explaining our options and offered sound suggestions. He displayed a solid knowledge of roofing systems, was hard working and completed the job and tidy up as scheduled.

We obtained several quotes for this job. Scott's was neither the highest nor the lowest but we selected him because he seemed to best understand our needs. He was also pleasant to deal with, listened carefully, Did the work promptly and left zero mess behind.

After many delays, our company was told the job was done on our small overhang on our commercial building. We paid in full.
Our tenants sent us pictures and told us that the work had in fact not been done.
We tried to get our money back and were offered half for a job that wasn't even done to 1/10 of the original quote.

Scotty was prompt to respond to my phone call about my roof.
As an inexperienced homeowner, I wasn't sure if my roof was still good or needed to be replaced. Scotty came out on the same day and did an assessment on my roof's condition. He shared his experience on the condition of my roof and gave me advice to keep the gutters clear. He assured me that my roof was still good for a few years, no work needed to be done. I really appreciated his promptness and honesty. His assurance gave me a peace of mind. I would recommend him to others.

Scott Harvey called me back in a timely matter to set up appointments for estimates and replacements. There were a few issues that cropped up but were addressed quickly by Scott. He made sure I was fully satisfied with the work. I gave 4 stars because of the issues but the end product was to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him to others.

My roof developed a leak during a heavy rainfall. Scotty was quick to respond to my phone call. He showed up in his rain gear and quickly surveyed the problem. He new exactly where the leak was and fixed it. He did not want any payment but gave me a roof report on the condition of my roof accompanied by a reasonable price to replace it, if I chose to. He also advised me to shop around to other roofers to ensure that his price was competative. I will definitely call Scotty when I am ready to replace my roof. Very satisfied.
