Boris was extremely professional and I really liked how they completed the whole project from start to finish and made sure everything is completed within a day including the city inspection. There was few change requests from mid-day inspection and he along with his team made sure it was done as suggested. I am really impressed with the work and would recommend with confidence to anyone looking to hire them.

Repairman came, made friends with our little dog and got to work. He was a pleasant young man and easy to talk to.He explained what needed to be done and the cost. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends. Thank you Dimitry for a great job.

I can highly recommend a company called Man with a Wrench.
We have been waiting for two weeks on another company who were supposed to do the repairs to our gas range, which was still under warranty.
The employee who phoned from Man With a Wrench was pleasant, cheerful, and very helpful. She let me know that someone would be dispatched within minutes. This was 12:05 p.m.
By 12:30 our range was repaired. Now that is amazing service.
And whether any of our large appliances are under warranty or not, if we need any repairs done, we will be contacting Man With a Wrench in future.

Our ge dryer broke over the weekend. I called GE who recommended Choice Appliance Service for ge repairs. I called Wayne first thing in the morning and he was at our house with in the hour. He gave me a quote and had our dryer going in minutes. I was able to pay debit ant the receipt was emailed immediately. Wayne has done this for 25 years. I was so pleased. We got hit with a double just before Christmas; our dishwasher stopped working and the fridge door started squeaking loudly. Very annoying and disruptive over the holiday season!
John from Man With A Wrench came over and carefully diagnosed both conditions. Both appliances are over 20 years old but were working perfectly so we didn't want to replace them. John told us exactly what was needed and put in the order for parts. His clear and simple explanation gave me confidence that there was nothing "untoward" going on. When the parts came in, John came back and put in the new parts. Both problems solved! I am delighted with the professionalism, the honesty and the work.

I had a few techs come to my house and all of them were less than helpful. Apparently my washing machine was beyond repair and I had to get a new one.
A friend suggested I call Alex, and we made a appointment for the next day. He gave me all of my options and made me decision easy. Alex is an amazing technician and I was very happy with his service!!

I used Man with a Wrench for a virtual diagnostic when my dishwasher broke. This is an amazing, free service. The technician (Alex) called me on Zoom and spent close to an hour running tests to determine the issues with my Miele dishwasher. He was extremely knowledgeable, identified the issues, took the time to discuss options, and was not trying to push unnecessary repairs on me. I would definitely use their services for any other appliance repairs, and would highly recommend them.

My Miele dishwasher returned an F11 error and was not draining properly. The error is well documented on YouTube and seems to have a fairly simple solution but after watching several videos and trying to fix it myself, the error kept returning.

Enter Alex - I scheduled a virtual diagnostic call w/ him for the next day (which was wayyy too easy to do). We jumped on a WhatsApp video chat and within minutes of taking the necessary diagnostic steps, he identified the issue and walked me through the remedial process.

Problem fixed within a 10 minute video chat and I saved a decent amount of cash that any other service found on google would've charged me.

Do not call anyone else. Call Alex!

Dishwasher was leaking. Archie came out and couldn't find the source of the leak but tightened a water valve. He fixed fridge door and told me to take photos/video if the leaking continued. It continued and I sent a photo to which Archie determined that a valve required replacing. He came promptly and completed the service. I had some questions as to how the invoice was organized (parts versus service vs labour). Christina from the office responded quickly and clarified the queries.
I am very pleased with this service (both the technician and the office staff).
