We got hit with a double just before Christmas; our dishwasher stopped working and the fridge door started squeaking loudly. Very annoying and disruptive over the holiday season! John from Man With A Wrench came over and carefully diagnosed both conditions. Both appliances are over 20 years old but were working perfectly so we didn't want to replace them. John told us exactly what was needed and put in the order for parts. His clear and simple explanation gave me confidence that there was nothing "untoward" going on. When the parts came in, John came back and put in the new parts. Both problems solved! I am delighted with the professionalism, the honesty and the work.

We had three annoying problems in our bathroom all at once. Michael at Aviv suggested we send a photo to help them prepare and save us a visit fee. Andriy arrived the same day with everything he needed. He rapidly went about solving our problems efficiently while providing us choices and detailed explanations of what he was doing and why. What could have been a stressful, upsetting situation turned into a rather pleasant and satisfying outcome. Thanks, Andriy!

Great job by Gabriel and the Atlas team keeping our Heating/Air Conditioning systems running smoothly. This year, it's especially reassuring that everything is working the way it should. Paying for yearly coverage for routine maintenance and emergency service is a great investment.

I recently needed a new humidifier. Chris from Atlas came to the house and did an efficient, clean job. He communicated well throughout (I wasn't home during the job) and had a good sense of humour and personal touch.

I had neglected my trees which had overgrown, obstructing the views out my windows. This was also creating an easy path for animals to get on my roof and created a potential hazard of breaking branches. Shady Lane came in and provided expert pruning, making my yard safer for me and my family and safe for the future growth of my trees. The crew was courteous, explained what they were doing and cleaned up well. As a bonus, the manager called later that day and told me he was reducing the bill as one area wasn't as bad as we originally thought.

AtlasCare has been looking after my heating and air conditioning needs for a long time. Recently I asked them to clean out our ducts. This was overdue and since we had our kitchen renovated about two years ago (and have a long-haired cat), the timing was great. Ricardo and Abdel were very professional; they explained the entire process, kept everything clean, worked well together and showed me the "before" and "after" shots of my ducts (Yech!) We can now breathe easier knowing we're not pushing dust and dirt around our house!

My eavestroughs were getting quite old. They looked terrible and after every heavy rain the water pooled too close to the house. Tip Top Trough came in and provided an effective, reasonably priced water management system (not just replacement eaves) that have kept my house dry through this wet summer. As a bonus, I never considered getting coloured eaves, but Tip Top helped me choose a colour that compliments the house and looks great. Really great crew, very polite, explained what they were doing. Highly recommend this company.
