I had a new Lennox AC installed by Sharpline. After getting many quotes, they were one of the best overall. Installation crew (Tony and Dre) were top notch. Prompt arrival, clean and meticulous work. They also replaced my copper pipes from scratch whereas other companies were quoting me with a flush only. All in all, would highly recommend this company. AC working great so far- hopefully I dont run into issues but keeping fingers crossed. I was also given extended 10 year warranty on parts which is great.

The installation was done very fast more than I think and also I do like the product .

We found a leak with the exhaust for our old furnace which had broken down during a period of frigid weather. Sharpline HVAC and Suboda provided a seamless experience from the beginning with providing a quick quote to scheduling the service to replace our furnace and fix the leak the next day. The staff were polite, knowledge, and patient. They arrived on time and completed the job within the day as expected. We could not be more satisfied with their professionalism and service. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Sharpline installed my dual stage Lennox furnace 18 months ago. To date there have been 4 repair attempts to fix the furnace. Today it has gone on the fritz again, so this will be the 5th visit. The issue is, a tech comes and looks at it, struggles to find the issue, and then provides a different answer to what is wrong and a seemingly temporary fix. Right now it is under warranty to they keep sending people, but at some point I am going to pay for this poor quality product. When situations happen like this, if they need to escalate to Lennox, or replace the product.

Sharpline has been my goto HVAC company for all my furnace related issues for many years. I've also had a tankless water heater installed in my previous house and an AC moved in my current house.
My furnace stopped working recently and had to get it running asap since I have a newborn at home. Called them in the morning and explained my situation, they got a technician to show up in my doorsteps few hours later. Absolutely amazing professional service and a very knowledgeable friendly team.

We have a recently installed (2yo) heat pump with three indoor heads in the back of our house, up on our 3rd floor deck. Raccoons chewed up the insulation on long sections of the lines that connect the indoor heads to the outdoor unit.

Sidhu from Sharpline HVAC reached out after I submitted an open request here on HomeStars, indicating his company has experience with this type of repair (they cover the damage with additional insulation and wrap it with a metallic mesh to prevent future damage).

The original installers of the heat pump had no clue what to do (after being 20 years in the business!), and another company that reached out only offered a partial repair, so we were very happy that Sidhu agreed to do the work after several conversations, and after initially declining due to the complexity of the job.

Massive credit to his installer Jaspal who troubleshooted the issue and came up with the approach to doing the fix. Once Sidhu agreed to do the work he booked him to come the next day (Saturday) and over the course of the morning Jaspal did exactly as promised, he covered the damage with additional insulation and installed a strong metallic mesh on the damaged section, and even on long stretches of undamaged insulation so as to prevent future damage. The job took several hours of very diligent work up on a ladder.

I want to reiterate my sincere thanks to Sidhu and Jaspal for solving a difficult problem that we were very worried about, and that seemed like it would be difficult to find a company that could solve it.

John, Masud and Jalal worked on our installation, they were very professional and pleasant. It was a job well done and we are very please with the service we received their communication was awesome on what was been done, they went above and beyond to get a perfect installation. They worked tirelessly to complete the installation a day before it was agreed upon.
