Unable to repair my brand new furnace - 4 visits in one year and it is down again.

Sharpline installed my dual stage Lennox furnace 18 months ago. To date there have been 4 repair attempts to fix the furnace. Today it has gone on the fritz again, so this will be the 5th visit. The issue is, a tech comes and looks at it, struggles to find the issue, and then provides a different answer to what is wrong and a seemingly temporary fix. Right now it is under warranty to they keep sending people, but at some point I am going to pay for this poor quality product. When situations happen like this, if they need to escalate to Lennox, or replace the product.
