Joel and Adam completed my Control4 system that the builder had left unfinished. They organized the wiring and it looks so much better. The lighting control now works how I like it. We have been using your system for a few months now and are truly thrilled with the ongoing support and service, long after the job completion. The entire job, from planning through to its completion was done efficiently and effectively. Matt's desire to meet our needs and complete the task with high standards and quality of workmanship was noticed and appreciated. In addition, Matt and his team were extremely clean and tidy and there was no evidence of wires or drywall dust when they were done. Control 4 were great to work with, extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. The system works perfectly. Am not technically inclined and to have something so user friendly with all the programs and media coordinated is truly a testament to the caliber of work that Control 4 does. The service standards are also to be commended. When we called or emailed for some assistance, Matt or one of their team members followed up immediately and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with all the work that Premier Smart Homes has done. The Control 4 system is terrific and very, very convenient. It is far superior to our old automation system. We like being able to control everything in the house from our phones. Matt and Bill and their team have been wonderful. Their pricing was very competitive. We have a very, large home and needed to replace quite a few antiquated components as well as TV's and a projector. I was very satisfied with their pricing and feel we got very good value for the money. The install was extremely quick and minimally disruptive to our lives. They provided excellent training, although the Control 4 system is very intuitive. Their after-sales service has been great. They are very responsive. We have no had technical issues, but wanted to adjust some settings after we had lived with things for a while. Overall, I can't say enough about our experience with Premier Smart Homes and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a new system or upgrade from an older system.

Premier homes installed a Control4 home automation for my house, including media, sound, lighting, security and blinds. Installation was done at time of new home build, and they were worked with the builder's schedule with no issues.
Over time, I've requested upgrades and integration of new technologies. There were a couple cases where a new component wasn't in the latest software (Control4) updates at the time, and these guys are tech savvy and were diligent to follow up on solutions to integrate the component.
I've never had issues on a service call and simple fixes can sometimes be done remotely which is convenient. The Control4 system with our custom programming is integral to the way we live in our house from our wake up routine to shutting things down at night, and they did a good job setting this up while providing the capacity to do parts myself over time.

I would highly recommend Matt and bill from premier smart homes. I purchased a new Samsung tv from them and they even beat Best Buy's pricing by $200!
I wanted my fireplace to look perfect and with the planning from premier it does! They mounted it on a swiveling bracket so I can watch tv from our kitchen. Thanks guys!

We engaged Premier Smart Homes to install a full home automation system along with home theater, security camera, garage controls etc. I met with their team who explained the process, cost and all relevant details. The entire team was very professional and were always available to help even when we had minor hiccups few months after. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to friends and family..10/10
