Premier Smart Homes

Part of our condo purchase included a fine Control4 system, but it had been poorly maintained. This past year we had decided we were living in an electronic nightmare when we were directed towards 'Premier Smart Homes.' After their analysis, repair and programming we are now Finally experiencing why this system is so highly regarded. These guys are the absolute best!

Premier was a pleasure to use for our audio/video needs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. They work around your schedule and are extremely accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home theatre setup!

New construction, custom home automation. Complete wiring installation and programming of the Control4 systems at our home in Stouffville. I am very impressed as well as appreciate everything that Bill and Ryan has done and continue to do for me and my home automation needs. Even though the system continues to run flawlessly, your team is always available to me, whenever I want to make changes or simply have a question about the system, your are always available regardless of the time or circumstances. Your commitment and quality of service surpassed my expectation. This job presented some significant installation difficulties. However the Premier technicians persevered and resolved them. The final product was excellent.

The Premier Smart Homes team did a great job with our home automation project which included lighting, audio-visual, security, climate control and window shades. Since our home is 9 years old, all of the wiring needed to be carefully retrofitted into existing ceilings/walls throughout the house. The team did a really thoughtful and skillful job in minimizing required post-installation patching.

Bill lead the planning, spec'ing and pricing while Matt and Adam took care of the heavy lifting during execution. Other team members (Ryan and Joel) also contributed at various points. We can comfortably say that the whole team was skillful, knowledgeable, tech savvy and responsive, as well as being professional in their communications/interactions with us. The project met our budget and time expectations and any deviations were driven by our own excitement to expand scope.

We are very happy with the results and Matt has provided us with very good ongoing support. We would definitely recommend this team. The reason we selected the combo of Premier Smart Homes and Control4 in the first place (over other dealers and products that we interviewed and researched) was for their openness towards and knowledge of technology. We did not feel that we were forced into only considering brand names or Control4 hardware; rather, hardware solutions were selected based on goals important to us (including longevity, quality, reliability, compatibility and value-for-money).

Bill & Matt did an awesome job! Bill broke down the pricing and gave us several options for laying out out cameras to give us the best coverage of the property, allowing us to select a systems that best fit our needs and budget! .
Matt and Bill were very professional when on site installing and programing the cameras. They showed us how to operate the system and monitor the cameras ourselves using a very user friendly app we could access from our phones or tablet.
After sales service was also excellent, all our questions were answered quickly. I would recommend Primer Smart Homes to all my friends.

I purchased a newly renovated home with Control4 already installed by Premier Smart Homes. The entire 'Smart Home' came with control over:
1) Lighting
2) Temperature
3) Sound / Speakers
4) Security

However, I decided to add a number of additional features:
1) Remote Blinds
2) Multiple TV's + Multimedia Devices Wired Centrally
3) Alarm System

The guys were fantastic to deal with. They answered all my questions quickly and patiently (and still do to this day)! I can tell they love what they do.

I've been here 8 months and I can't get enough of the modern convenience the home offers because of Control4. Furthermore, I haven't had a single issue because of Premier Smart Homes quality work.
