We had previously had a Control 4 system set up at our property, which included lights, speakers, TVs, etc. We were pretty happy with the system itself, however, the individual who set it up for us was extremely unreliable and difficult to get a hold of when we had issues.

We contacted Joel from Premier Smart Homes and he came and did a full assessment/overhaul of our system. He got everything up and running and functioning and improved our outdoor speakers, installed a new TV for us, set up a full Starlink system, and so much more.

But the biggest reason I would recommend Joel is not for his extremely tidy, efficient, and well thought out work. Its because he is always available to us when we have any issues. Literally anytime we have contacted him - daytime, evenings, weekends, etc. - he has been happy to chat and troubleshoot any issues until things are working again. I cannot speak enough to his customer service. It is amazing.

We are about to embark on a brand new home build and are planning to continue working with Joel for our complete home automation system. Highly highly recommend this company.

Joel helped me when I moved into a townhouse that had a home automation system. He exceeded my expectation both in terms of his personality, friendly and willing to help in areas. It exceeded his scope. He gave me some great initial advice at no cost including text messages and emails with advice. When I hired him he came over personally did all the work I wanted and stayed at the house until it was all done. He came back several times to help with programming items in the rack, upgrading software, and even ensuring Internet, an audio feedback systems were all working . Joel is honest, hard-working, and I will continue to call him and refer him to any of my friends.

My Control4 doorbell and camera system wasn’t working properly so I called for service. Immediately my issue is diagnosed and a plan set in motion to come out and service it. During the service call they discovered my unit was outdated so we discussed several options and also at that time I discussed other items I would like to add to my existing system. All of these issues and upgrades were done quickly and effortlessly on my part. I was never pressured and everything was explained precisely. A quote was given and the work was done. They also updated some equipment and made sure that our wifi works well throughout our home. We use the control Four system that they have installed and it makes watching content from a variety of sources or listening to music throughout our home simple and seamless. I’ve been a long time client of Premier Smart Homes. They never fail to deliver and I’m always pleased with the outcome. I recently moved into a new home where I wanted to leverage existing smart home wiring. Premier came up with a several options for me to choose from and spent time walking me through it all. Once I decided in no time at all they arrived and effortlessly set everything up. Then walked me through in detail how to work it all. Furthermore they customized without any fuss some additional asks I had as I got familiar with the hardware and software.

An example of going above and beyond is even with the small things Premier doesn’t cut corners. For example I was impressed with how well organized, neat and clearly labeled they made the wiring in the basement where it has been a jumble before.
