I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Bill well before he ventured off on his own to create Premier Smart Homes. At one time (long time ago) I was involved in the Home Automation business but have since moved on.
Once I elected to hang up my boots so to speak I have relied on Bill and his team for many years now both for existing maintenance (programming) of my current home automation system and now my most recent project my basement.
When it comes to workmanship, knowledge, experience, professionalism, integrity, customer service and responsiveness, Bill and his team check all the boxes. Personally, Bill has responded many times to my text messages for trouble shooting questions after hours in a lot of cases and has even gotten on the phone with me to solve the problem. In my opinion that is going beyond the call of duty. He is very patient and has a very systematic way of solving problems. Bill also has a knack for creative programming maximizing the full convenience of using Control 4.
Bill and his team really take pride in delivering the best experience possible and I have been completely satisfied with my past interactions and now current interaction (basement project).
