Before selecting Finished Basements, I conducted a lot of research on-line and did the smart thing of getting 3 quotes in advance. To my surprise all three quotes were 8-10% +/- of each other. I must admit I had already made up my mind but only because of reading the reviews on Home Stars and the consistency in what everyone had to say about their experiences. From start to finish my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I believe the pictures speak for themselves. Andrij provided us with a detailed quote which started the process. My wife and I then made the decision to visit the showroom and that is when we met Vitaliy. I knew right away we were in good hands as he had Tim Horton's coffee and muffins as an icebreaker. We must have spent 2 hours with him as he is very meticulous, professional and best of all was not trying to force the sell which both my wife and I really appreciated and noticed. I will point out that out of all 3 quotes I received, finished basements quote was the most detailed and I am happy to report I had no surprises at the end in terms of the final payment. Next, we met Igor the designer and owner. He is a very soft-spoken man and a delight to deal with. He came up with some great suggestion’s pre-construction. When the working crew arrived at my house Monday morning to start my basement, little did I know they would be completed in 2 weeks and 3 days. Special thanks to Nic and his crew. The workmanship and dedication did not go unnoticed not to mention they entertained all of my questions throughout the process. Most days they started at 7am and sometimes didn’t leave till after 7pm. Each and every time they left the place spotless and took all garbage. During early construction my wife and I went back to the showroom to pick colors and finishing’s for our basement. This is where we met Natalie. Natalie knows her stuff and offered some great suggestions. Like others have commented already she was able to read our minds in terms of what we wanted before we knew it. Natalie, I hope you seeing the pictures brings a smile to your face. Our beautiful basement was completed in 2 weeks and 3 days. As part of the final stage, Igor came out to visit and inspect our finished basement. What impressed me the most is the detailed accounting, line by line he reviewed with us and confirmed the entire quote which addressed some changes we made during the construction. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Bill well before he ventured off on his own to create Premier Smart Homes. At one time (long time ago) I was involved in the Home Automation business but have since moved on.
