I can not say enough about the project manager Shayna and the trades that attended our home. Project manager very accessible and responded to all of our needs. Trades did quality work, were neat and on time! Very good company, would recommend to anyone!

We had a water leak in our basement in the wall and when we made our claim, our insurance company dispatched ON SIDE to our house. They were very professional and the work completed was great. Very happy with the outcome!

The weekend cleanup crew, Supervisor, and emergency Project Manager assigned to my job were all very polite and deserve praise for their professionalism and knowledge. The reason this company gets 3 stars for satisfaction is because the new Project Manager they passed me was rude and unprofessional. She has given no updates (2+ weeks after site walk with Insurance Adjuster), and did not even shake my hand or remove her shoes upon entering my home. She basically roamed around my house without saying more than 5 words. If it wasn't for the kind adjuster who came with her, I would have asked her to leave my property immediately. Her attitude made my partner and I consider requesting a different PM.

My insurance company called me with an update stating they were still waiting on a quote from Onside. I called onside quickly just to ask for an update, I said no pressure, I told the assistant to take her time as I do not mind holding. Within 5 minutes I had the project manager call me and berate me. She spoke to me like I was 7 years old, saying things like "Let me try to talk to you in a way you understand," or "It doesn't matter if I have not provided a quote yet, we don't have time to do the work anyway."

IMO, your project Manager is your main point of contact during the whole restoration process. They should be able to answer questions for you, point you in the right direction, and I definitely shouldn't have my Insurance person calling me to tell me that they can't get a hold of my PM after 2 weeks.

I normally do not rate any business, but I think that Onside deserves some nice words from me as they did a good job to fix my leaking suite and the job was being done exactly on time as they promised. Thanks!

On side replace our wind/hail damaged siding. Abe Harder did a great job. He was very careful and meticulous with the work. We are so pleased with the look of our home.

The most amazing and wonderful staff I have had the pleasure to work with.
From the first initial call when my flood occurred they were always there to help in anyway I needed.
A neighbor had a similar flood and made the mistake of using a different restoration company and wished they had used Onside.

In April I had all new appliances installed in a condo (rental property). The following morning the tenant woke up to a flood - there was a problem with the dishwasher supply line.

I contacted On-Side, they sent Paul over and he confirmed I had water and mold issues. Paul worked with the insurance company and myself to get the issue sorted.

In the end we lost the flooring in three rooms, kitchen cabinet bases - even damage to the garage below!

It was a fairly big restoration, they went to incredible lengths to keep the place as usable as possible, going so far as removing cabinets and appliances to a remote site to make room for actual repair work.

I was kept informed about the process on a daily basis, including detailed photos of the entire process.

The work was completed in about 3 weeks and it now looks better than original.

Elijah and Onside of Red Deer were easy to work with and had the clean up and repairs done as fast as my insurance would allow them. Onsides patience with difficult tenant and insurance was truly great. Thanks again for that by the way! Their repairs and finish are seamless from before the flooding. They were at my house very quick to begin the initial clean up and damage assessments.

After a break-in at our Quonset at the farm, On Side had one of their Sub-Trades, Urban Renovations, attend to replace the steel man door and steel door frame that had been damaged. They did an awesome job! Thanks!
