Our upstairs toilet tank cracked and the water flooded the bathrooms, and downstairs family room. On Side responded quickly and continued to work with us until the restoration was complete.

We were thoroughly satisfied with the whole process in dealing with On Side Restoration. From beginning to end, everything just flowed so easily. We got to know the tradesmen fairly well and appreciated their friendliness and workmanship. I would certainly recommend them for any project.

Some ahole, somehow drove his truck into my house. The damage was extensive. Ray and On Side coordinated the repairs and did a great job.

Apparently, one of the best stucco guys in town matched the existing wall perfectly.

We were contacted by OnSide Restoration within 2 hours of making our call to the insurance company. We dealt with Moe and he was amazing. He explained everything that would be done and was true to his word. Within 12 hours of the fire, our restoration work had begun. I was extremely impressed with the cleaners they sent in and was grateful for all the hard work they had to do. All in all, dealing with Moe was wonderful and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

We suffered major water damage throughout our house after a supply line in our upstairs en-suite bathroom burst at the end of February. On Side's project manager, Jay, was on site within a few hours of being notified, coordinating his crew on the drying process and working hard to minimize the impact of the water on our house and belongings. During the following 11 weeks we were kept up-to-date on their progress and eventually moved back in on the planned date. We were extremely happy with the results considering the extent of the damage and the amount of reconstruction required.

On Side was very professional and friendly. Response time was impeccable. The work on drying the walls and repair work was outstanding! Several walls were damage as well as a counter-top and ceiling and floor from a broken water pipe. A very hard working friendly crew came out to install fans to dry the walls and floor and regularly checked on the progress. The walls were dried and promptly repaired and painted. The ceiling was replaced and drywalled and repainted. The counter-top was damaged and unrepairable as it was made out of wood and had to be replaced. A Professional Wood Worker was sent out and he rebuilt the counter-top beautifully. The hardwood flooring was dried out and treated for a small water damaged spot. Highly recommend as the staff are very professional, friendly and hardworking.

We had leaking copper pipes in kitchen/bathroom area. On Side provided removal of ceramic tile,floor joists, wet insulation and dry wall. The area was restored with minimal disruption to the operation of our household and the quality of the work completed was excellent. We were continuously updated with timelines and progress on the restoration. The staff were very professional and considerate. We would highly recommend this company.

We came home to a flooded house one night a couple of months ago and called our insurance company. They sent OnSide over and although the process of drying, replacing, and repairing was hellish we were impressed by OnSide's professionalism and good work. Any issues we raised were quickly dealt with. I certainly wouldn't have a problem using them again if the need arose. No idea of the approximate cost but our deductible was $1000 so I put that.

My finished basement flooded in March, 2016 due to city storm sewer being plugged. My insurance sent On Side to my house within 6 hours. WOW!! They took care of the initial damage, removing the contaminated non restorable items (creating a detailed listing for insurance) and packed/stored my good items in their secured lockers. We had found some asbestos tiles and they performed the remediation. I had them refinish the basement, absolutely beautiful finishing work. All of their crews were professional, knowledgeable, and terrific to work with!

After water damage to the lower level of our home On Side Victoria handled the demolition and restoration. Alan and his crew were professional and co-operative in making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They took great efforts to ensure our home and possessions were handled with care and restoration was completed with no complications.
