There can be nothing worse than being displaced from the comfort of your home. We had a leak in a tub that caused ceiling damaged that could not be repaired due to the type of ceiling finish and the open concept house. 80% of our main floor ceiling had to be stripped and resprayed, meaning furniture had to be moved and covered to protect it, and the walls and floors were protected as well. Lee and his contractors were excellent in containing the mess, being on time and addressing any concerns I had along the way. Very Professional results.

Onside came to my house within an hour or two of being called,they got all the flooring ripped out and dryers set up within hours they were very professional and very quick, they didn't cut corners and were very good. I would recommend them

When On Side showed up to do the emergency clean up they were extremely efficient. Staff came by 11:00am and did not leave until 9:00pm until the house was in living condition.

The rebuild was done in a timely manner and we were very impressed with the staff that came out. I would recommend On Side and also use them again in the future.

Our hardwood floor was ruined due to a dishwasher leak. Met with On Side and decided they were the best option in getting the work completed. Throughout the project, a lot of different trades were utilized and all was handled professionally by one On Side supervisor who reported to us on timing and progress throughout the project. We are very pleased with the work completed and with our decision to work with On Side.

Well it was Feb 14 and our dog was lock in the bathroom and the faucet was apart due to repair well some how she was able to hit the shut off vales and water started flowing, My son phones me at 3 in the afternoon saying the stairs are wet, and that hears water running, well that bathroom in right above our kitchen so water was running for some 5 hours, from the upstaris all the way to the basement. A very wet house, we called up Onside and right away they came in and had fans and dehumidifiers, running and the next day had a crew of people in emptting the effected areas, after a week and the adjuster where in, repairs started, Approx 7 monhts after the flood happend we had our kitchen and life back to normal. a big thank you to Jeremy and the Crew and Onside.

Water leaked in the basement due to water heater failure. On Side replaced all the flooring and replaced mouldy drywall. The new finishing is perfect, the flooring looks great. Bobby and his guys were very nice to deal with, always quick to respond to my concerns. I truly appreciate their professionalism.

It was 2 weeks before we found out that the newly fitted (by a "qualified appliance technician")dishwasher, purchased from an appliance store we have dealt with since 1986, was leaking a steady stream of water. Lost was Laminate flooring, basement ceiling, and kitchen island . Onside was there for all the repairs. Ceiling -beautiful, flooring - the entire house redone, (couldn't match the 8 year old laminate) ) amazing, island - now stunning, the colour match to existing cabinetry - perfection. For 2 seniors, this was a blessing in disguise. The grief of the loss was made easier by the excellent repair people we had in our home. It was a joy to watch perfectionists complete our repairs to a very high standard( I am a picky perfectionist). Thank goodness for house insurance which covered most of the cost.

Wind blew about 20 shingles off of my roof and rain leaked into my house. Onside insisted that my insurance company pay for replacing all of the shingles, not just the damaged ones. The roofers worked four days straight including a Saturday and Sunday to complete the work before the forecasted rain arrived. And the handyman who fixed the water damage inside the house was a perfectionist. I happily recommend Onside to anyone who needs their services.

I got home on Friday July 29th to our basement flooded due to a leak in the outside tap. I called our insurance company who contacted On Side Restoration. They came over within 1/2 hr to assess the basement. they told me to get a plumber in to fix the problem then let them know. I got a plumber in that evening to fix the leaking pipe. I called On side Restoration, they would start on our house right away. They would always call prior to coming over. I gave them my door combination as we are out of town during the week. They were professional, clean and efficient. The finished product is just fabulous. I had some crazy colours on the walls :)

They were great and the work looks awesome. Did take a long long time to get started but I think that was more an issue with insurance. Was covered by insurance
