We suffered major water damage throughout our house after a supply line in our upstairs en-suite bathroom burst at the end of February. On Side's project manager, Jay, was on site within a few hours of being notified, coordinating his crew on the drying process and working hard to minimize the impact of the water on our house and belongings. During the following 11 weeks we were kept up-to-date on their progress and eventually moved back in on the planned date. We were extremely happy with the results considering the extent of the damage and the amount of reconstruction required.
