Water sprang up out of our sink drain and flowed for nearly an hour!

Water filled the entire main floor of our townhouse. The kids especially were terrified of a huge disruption to our lives.

Then OnSide arrives, dried, packed, moved repaired moved again and unpacked us in 2 months. Just as they estimated.

The crews were careful tidy and did their utmost to get everything back exactly as they found it. It meant so much to come back and find it still "home".

Our insurance company assigned Onside to us after a break in where the burglars kicked down our door. They came promptly to do the emergency repairs and walked us through the process on the door replacement alternatives. While there were some communications issues that caused some delays (partly due to the insurance company providing a typo in our email address in their system), they definitely made up for it with their accommodation, professionalism and service. David, the project manager showed us a lot of empathy and understanding and we appreciated it. The two teams who did the replacement and painting was professional, friendly, accommodating, and cleaned up properly afterwards. We are very satisfied with the work, and we would definitely recommend onside to others.

Very awesome, I am new to all this damage insurance stuff and despite a couple of hiccups... the issues were well taken care of.

Overall I am now very confident in the integrity of On Side and will continue with them for years to come.

I want to commend Brad Armstrong and the On Side Restoration team here in West Kelowna that was contracted by our Insurance company to do the restoration of damage sustained when a water line broke.
Brad was prompt and all the workers very courteous and conscientious. Fortunately there was very little "down-time" between each of the "phases" of work, so that the entire project went very smoothly and for the amount of work having to be done - quickly.

I would never hire them again. They do not know what they are doing. Fixed the belly in our mobile from water damage and put new base flooring In for the same reason. The floors were not level as they did not realize that the mobile need to be levelled due to the water damage. Over 30 years of never having freezing water pipes until they did their repair. Then after 5 visits of trying to repair their bad workmanship they left us hanging. Life time warranted? They told me to hire a plumber to try to fix the water line freezing problem after their belly repair as they admitted they didn't know what the problem was. Then the following winter my pipes were freezing again. They are suppose to have life time warranty. Because I hired a plumber that made my life time warrant null and void. DO NOT HIRE THEM

We had a basement flood and our insurance company referred the project to On Side. We did not have a lot of damage and overall it was a small job.

The emergency response service was fast, efficient and done well. The final job also turned out well. However, the small project took over three months to complete and only after having to call and push things along repeatedly. We had a number of appoints changed or cancelled and received contradictory information as to the reason for delays every time we spoke with a different staff member.

I have no hesitations about recommending them for emergency response situations but I would recommend looking elsewhere for the repair/restoration work.

Edmonton, AB. NOT RECOMMENDED! Very poor response - small project still incomplete after 3 months! 1st so-called Project Manager, Tony, never got started but wasted weeks of our time while damage, and associated costs, increased. 2nd so-called Project Manager, Bobby, was very personable, but seemed to have no idea how to get things done. After 3 months we fired ON SIDE and hired a contractor to finish the work.
ON SIDE was recommended by Insurance Company, INTACT. Delay in starting & completing work resulted in loss of tenants.

We had a pipe burst above our garage about 1 year ago, and our insurance recommended On Side to remediate the issue. They were great to deal with, everyone involved responded quickly and efficiently. The trades people were very thorough and did an excellent job. About 1 month ago, the garage door opener machine stopped working, and even though it had been replaced when they had remediated the issue, because it was still under On Side's warranty, they had someone come and fix/replace it. It was hassle-free, and they sent someone right away, much to my surprise! My husband and I were very happy with On Side and definitely recommend them. Ps. I'm not sure what the actual cost was, as $5,000 was our insurance deductible.

They came in a quick manor to assed the problem, the work took a long time to get done (6 month) and this was after me constantly calling as they never kept in touch with us as to what was going on.... once the work was finally done it was done well

All the staff and contractors working with On Side Restoration were very professional and respectful of my home when my basement flooded. They showed up on time and call promptly if something needed my attention. Quality of their work was very good. I would recommend them.
