Dishwasher leak did $20k of damage. Onside was there the same day. Work started immediately. Fast, efficient, professional. Awesome experience. TOTALLY recommend this company. Our foreman was very accessible and always listened to our questions.

On Dec 10th /2019 around 5.50 AM the main water line at intersection of 132 street and 96th Ave of the city of Surrey broke and the almost 7-8 homes were flooded up knee level. I called my insurance co and they right way sent Onside Restoration people to restore my damaged property. I was surprised that within 1 hour, their entire team was at my home and immediately started their job to save my stuff and also did the entire repair quality job to my best satisfaction within the set completion time. These people are very professional, caring, respectful and team oriented. Great thanks for them.

I had a break in and they arrived very quickly the following morning to secure and talk to how the process would work. Provided an estimate of when it would be completed and how. On Side Restoration employees are great to work with, especially Chris who came back to look at my door when it was leaking. The Sub door company I would never recommend that advised the PM about this.

After we had a water supply line break on the day our baby was due we made the call to OnSide. We were treated respectfully and got help immediately to make sure the damage was mitigated right away. When the time was made to make the repairs, Onside was very accurate with the timelines of jobs and they were done very well. Our place looks great. Andrew even helped walk me through the ins and outs of going through insurance for a claim which I had never had to do before. Thanks everyone

Our kitchen ceiling, wall, and cabinets were damaged due to a roof leak in the early morning hours in January. The ON SIDE Thunder Bay team were quick to begin remediation to mitigate further loss. The project manager coordinated a team of competent craftsman who worked efficiently to repair the damage and put our kitchen back to its original condition. The team was responsive to inquires, courteous, helpful, patient, and an overall pleasure to work with.

The workers were professional and friendly. They work long hours in the hot sun. They always respected our property and privacy. I must say they did work beyond what was expected.
