This spring we had water damage in our basement. Our broker recommended On Side...they came and once we gave the go ahead On Side got our basement restoration quickly done and were awesome every step of the way.

Bathrooms both complete amd look great thx so much. Kudos to the team if workers . Working under covid pandemic amd getting it done safely. We can now enjoy our home again

Sadly (for me anyway), this is the second time that I've needed On Side's services. The first time that I needed them, I had a lot of damage and they responded accordingly. This time there was less damage and I didn't think that it was something that needed immediate attention like the first time. I was pretty confident in my belief that the repairs were going to be delayed due to the scope of the project. I was wrong. They treated this job exactly like the last one, it was important to them. The team was great througout the whole process and the work looks great! I hope that I never see them again, but if I do, I know that the job will be done correctly.

Our finished basement flooded due to a mainline water break. On Side restoration was quick to respond the following morning and immediately started the restoration process. Once all personal property was removed and premises were dried out with fans and dehumidifiers, the actual rebuild started shortly after. We were satisfied with the materials and workmanship and updates provided throughout the project. Any deficiencies were quickly corrected.
We would not hesitate to use On Side Restoration in the future or recommend to others.

Very difficult job to complete, crews were professional and completed the job safely and with great attitudes. The removal of this type of material is not a pleasant thing to do and they ensured that the new underbelly was fully sealed before leaving.

We had water infiltration from the melting of ice in the attic. Parts of the ceiling and wall were damaged. On Side removed the wet areas, plaster, insulation, and installed dehumidifiers to dry out the damaged areas. Later the damaged areas were repaired and re-painted.

We had a sump pump failure in our basement resulting in a massive flooded basement. We contacted our insurance company and they had On Side at the house the very next day.

On Side were on the ball right from the start our PM Cameron and office contact Kelly were a pleasure to deal with. Ken who did the actual on site restoration work did an excellent job.
The same applies to the removal crew who were very professional.

I would have absolutely no problems recommending On Side to any home owner.

Job: Removal of storm damaged fence and construction of new privacy fencing. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the on-site team that did the work. They were immaculate, quick-to-complete the job, and really personable. It was actually quite a lovely experience. (They even replanted a few perennials that were disrupted by the process). I highly recommend On Side Restoration!

A small fire occurred on New Year’s Eve and this company was hired to fix the damage done. Delays occurred due to Covid crisis but company very professional. Great job

Hurricane Dorian damaged our roof, our living room ceiling (from water damage) and our spare bedroom. On Side came in and helped us fix the roof, the attic (insulation damage), the spare bedroom ceiling, and the living room ceiling. They were professional, clean, organized and helpful. They made it look easy!
