We had a basement flood and our insurance company referred the project to On Side. We did not have a lot of damage and overall it was a small job. The emergency response service was fast, efficient and done well. The final job also turned out well. However, the small project took over three months to complete and only after having to call and push things along repeatedly. We had a number of appoints changed or cancelled and received contradictory information as to the reason for delays every time we spoke with a different staff member. I have no hesitations about recommending them for emergency response situations but I would recommend looking elsewhere for the repair/restoration work.

Aire One offered a very fast and professional quote and installation. We had our new furnace and AC installed within a few days of meeting with them. All just before Christmas on top of it all. Only complaint is that we would of liked to have the fine print of the warranty gone over with us ahead of time instead of being asked to sign after the installation was complete. Other than that is was a great and very professional experience.
