We beleive this to potentially be a fake review as its 5 years later being posted in the summer month of august as many competitor houses are switching over to try our business for the first time.

We have never had a labour shortage or made that claim... we allways have backup equipment and back up drivers. If we cancelled and returned a full refund to them (if they are an actual customer posting this it could of been for a variety of reasons. We have a satisfaction guarantee and a full refund / pro rated refund policy after a certain number of storms that provides no risk. We are also enthuisiastic about resolving issues the rare time they may occur. If you are a real customer please post your name and address so we can send a representative to discuss this matter in person further.

We are also sorry your late husband potentially received an email from us after he passed away we have no way of telling who is or isnt still alive in our customer data base but we are happy to remove or update anyones info at any time for any reason (as long as we are aware). yl

Your review is also from 5 years ago so we will state that we have grown and become way more established since the bare context of this post. Our service radius is 50% smaller then what it used to be and our tractor fleet is now the largest in Nepean we have 1 tractor for every 8 streets on the map and have no issues providing undeniably unmatched service level. If you could contact us directly and establish your review as being a legitimate address in nepean and not a competitor typing away at the key board, we are happy to provide a long list of refferences on your street and a possible 1 year of free snow service to make things right with you. Another improvement from 5 years ago is now customers can communicate dirext with their driver during a storm using our website we can have a representative visit and show you how this works in person. We had one issue with your drivers equipment on the very first, and only the first storm of the year last year (FIrst run or the year can give us some last minute surprises).
We provided detailed communication with everyone on your street explaining this wont happen again and we then continued to have 7 storms after this first storm with greatly improved no issue service on your street. We know this because we directly asked for storm by storm feed back from Marika down the road from you and she claimed everything had been completelt resolved... we are sad you made a final decision on us as a business after testing the service for 1 storm. Everyone else on your street was happy to renew again this year so we encourage you to look out the window each storm ans hopefully we get alot more snow this season so you can view and compare the level of service we are providing... we know last year can be slightly frustrating when you pay money and theres only 7 or 8 snow falls and the first one was slow service. fake review.. we have contacted both "mansours" in our customer data base to see if they wrote a negative review...both customers have stated no and they they are extremely happy so we dont know who you are or what competitor you work for posting fake reviews but we can add things together seeing as we have no voicemails no emails no anything from anyone being dissapointed or any interaction from a "mansour in toronto" that your not actually a real customer... if you are give us a call or email for the first time at 613 702 7884 info@centralsnow.ca and we are happy to resolve your issue and or provide you with a pro rated refund. We find it odd that this 1 fake review comes less then 24 hours after a homestars rep calls us and asks us to renew a 1500$ a year web subcription amd we deny as we are not seeking new customers we are fully booked with a 300 person wait list for next year from people that signed up with a competitor but are not happy and want to make the switch. Maybe this review is written by the competitor. We have arrived before the competitors in your area. We come usually twice before anyone else comes once. we understand booking an appointment on a 39cm snow day can be frustrating and you were halfway on a tractors route meaning it take a few hours for us to arrive...the reality is that we did come we did provide the service the 4 neighbours on your street that also get the service are happy. Its just a rare coincedence that your appointment was at the perfect timing on a 39cm storm. The roads had 39cm so even if your laneway was done 2-3hrs earlier the city was at a standstill in terms of traffic school busses were cancelled OC transpo busses were stuck blocking meadowlands and other routes. We wish this didnt happen on your first year as a customer with us and on the 2nd storm of the year so you could have a different perspective on how fair the level of our service was. We promptly gave you a pro rated refund and noticed the company you switched to constantly showed up 24 hrs slower then us for the rest of the year... we didnt want to say anything to rub salt in a wound but we wish you the best and do understand your frustration during this 1 outlier of a 39cm in 7 hr snow event.
