Roch did an in-place renovation to our kitchen based on a design we had commissioned. I know that contractors typically like "green field" projects where they can rip everything out and work from the studs out, but Roch was more than willing to tackle our plan. He handled all of the sub-contracting for anything he didn't handle personally. We have been very satisfied with our new kitchen and the timeliness within which it was completed. Roch was very responsive to the inevitable issues and minor changes we had to make as we went. The scope of work was backsplash tile installation including an inset above the stove, some minor plumbing, electrical (adding outlet to island, new hanging lights, adding lighting, fixing switches) , and woodwork to reduce the valence to increase our usable counter space, removing out of code cupboards over stove replacing the exposed sides with color matched panels. They show up about half the time. It’s probably specific to the driver in our area. We won’t be renewing again. They are supposed to have completed the second pass and haven’t even done the first. This is only the second snow and second time like this this year. all of the other services in the area have come and gone.
