I had a terrible experience with Central Snow. In 2020, they convinced my husband and me to leave our reliable snow removal company for a $100 cheaper rate through door-to-door advertising. When a major snowstorm hit that year, they abruptly sent a letter saying they could no longer provide service due to a labor shortage. Thankfully, our previous provider took us back at no charge.
Central Snows communication was poor from the start, with delays in responses and vague quotes. The crew often arrived late, took long breaks, and left the site messy. Their workmanship was subpar, with uneven snow removal and missed patches. When I tried to discuss the issues, I was met with excuses and no resolution.
Adding insult to injury, they recently sent an invoice addressed to my late husband, who passed away in 2021. This showed a complete lack of attention and respect. Central Snow has been unprofessional, unreliable, and insensitive. Please remove my email address from your records. Avoid them at all costs and look for a more reputable company.

We beleive this to potentially be a fake review as its 5 years later being posted in the summer month of august as many competitor houses are switching over to try our business for the first time.
We have never had a labour shortage or made that claim... we allways have backup equipment and back up drivers. If we cancelled and returned a full refund to them (if they are an actual customer posting this it could of been for a variety of reasons. We have a satisfaction guarantee and a full refund / pro rated refund policy after a certain number of storms that provides no risk. We are also enthuisiastic about resolving issues the rare time they may occur. If you are a real customer please post your name and address so we can send a representative to discuss this matter in person further.
We are also sorry your late husband potentially received an email from us after he passed away we have no way of telling who is or isnt still alive in our customer data base but we are happy to remove or update anyones info at any time for any reason (as long as we are aware). yl

Our service radius is 50% smaller then what it used to be and our tractor fleet is now the largest in Nepean we have 1 tractor for every 8 streets on the map and have no issues providing undeniably unmatched service level. If you could contact us directly and establish your review as being a legitimate address in nepean and not a competitor typing away at the key board, we are happy to provide a long list of refferences on your street and a possible 1 year of free snow service to make things right with you. Another improvement from 5 years ago is now customers can communicate dirext with their driver during a storm using our website we can have a representative visit and show you how this works in person.
