We had a heat pump and tankless water heater installed. Ash and his team at Fair Deal Heating were fantastic. They were patient with my questions and did a great job with the installation. Ash went the extra mile to get the right equipment for our house. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to take some time to talk about my experience with Ash as my furnace recently needed replacement.

I had the pleasure of working with Ash a few years back when I thought I needed my A/C replaced.

At that time and upon my request he came with a new A/C unit, but upon inspection he concluded that the existing unit didnt need to be replaced, ended up performing a tune-up and it has worked since. Im sure a more unscrupulous person would have just installed the new A/C as I am sure it would have been more lucrative!

I decided to contact Ash in September as I wanted to do annual maintenance on my A/C and Furnace. When he came to do the maintenance, he alerted me that my current Carrier Furnace had a part under recall (I believe it was the heat exchanger) He went through the options, and I decided to just replace the furnace as it was almost 20 years old and I was planning on replacing soon anyways.

Ash did an excellent job of outlining all of the options and pricing for potential new furnaces, and I ended up deciding on a Carrier 59TP6. What I appreciated the most was that Ash was agreeable to have the furnace installed on a Saturday (by Raj and team) this helped a lot since my wife and I both work full time. One thing I will note is that when Raj arrived and unpacked the furnace unit, he noticed that it was slightly damaged (due to warehouse workers most likely) Raj informed me that he is going to drive back to the warehouse (over an hour away!) and get a brand new undamaged furnace unit to install (on a Saturday no less) I feel this speaks to the honesty and integrity of the team. Install of this new unit went very smooth.

Ash did inform me at the time that there was a rebate available for this unit, and I recently received the full rebate amount, no muss no fuss, he took care of everything.

I am (again!) very satisfied with FairDeal Heating & A/C, both with the level of professionalism and service. I found Ash to be very honest throughout all my contact with him, and would highly recommend him should you need some HVAC work done or are in need of advice.

Ash and his team were excellent and very professional. They installed a heat pump in our home and removed the old AC unit. Met Ash owner of Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning 2 years ago when he replaced my water heater to a tankless. I was very happy with the service he provided then and I knew that I would be saving his number for my future HVAC needs. Low and behold this pass Saturday my Google Nest thermostat threw an error at me: e74 and I started my detective work using google. I performed all the simple and doable services i.e. changing the filter, making sure the drain wasn't clogged, and the furnace door was closed properly, hoping that something simple tripped the furnace. As I was looking around I found the furnace board and it was flashing an error code at me. I googled that and found it could be a pressure switch issue or a blown motor. So I've reached the end of my investigating and decided to call in the expert. I texted Ash around 10pm and within half an hour I received a text back that he would come by tomorrow morning to take a look. The next morning Ash came by to check my furnace out despite it being Diwali and he was missing some family time. It didn't take long for him to conclude that the safety on my furnace has tripped because of a blown motor. The cost of replacing the motor and considering the age of my furnace it was an easy decision to just get a new one. Ash laid out all my options from repairing it to all the different choice of furnaces that I can choose from. He was very upfront and explained things very well. By Monday morning he and his crew came and dismantled my old furnace and had the new one in up and running within 4-5 hours. Never knew how much I took a warm home for granted. I can't thank Ash enough for his quick turn around so my family has a warm home to sleep in again. I would not hesitate to recommend Ash to any of my friends and family for their HVAC needs. If any of you are looking for an HVAC company to do some work, don't hesitate to give Ash a call and have a talk with him and see for yourself if the reviews are true.
