Adrian did a fabulous job - second to none. Before the job, he replied swiftly to any questions over the phone, via sms, and email. When he installed the tankless water heater, he was on time, very kind, and very thorough. After he completed the job, he came over one more time to check the system and answer any questions. In addition to all of the above, he explained to me that the installation was actually a bit easier and faster than he anticipated and that he will therefore charge me less. To put it in a nutshell, Adrian is a professional, hard-working, kind and honest person. I can highly recommend him without any reservations.

I would definitely recommend using Adrian's service. I contacted him by email to have an old gas fireplace and all the piping removed. He replied very quickly and was able to do it on a weekend. He did the job quickly and very well too.

Very good Service. Adrian was polite, on time, worked late in the day to make sure we had hot water that evening, and his price was great. Also, he impressed me with his integrity. There were a few minor issues (e.g. venting pipes somewhat misaligned) and he came back and corrected them cheerfully. Would definitely recommend.

Added new gas outlets (Stove, BBQ, Dryer) moved the downstairs fireplace outlet, and subsequently upgraded the gas line to meet these new requirements. I was adement in trying to have the upgraded gas line as tucked away as possible, Adrian made it happen for a very reasonable price!

When you get a gas stove replaced, you need two visits from a gas technician--one to disconnect and one to reconnect the gas. I called several companies and the cost for two visits was really expensive. Then I called Becklumbs. Not only did Adrian offer to do the work for a much more reasonable fee, but he was also really flexible in terms of accommodating an uncertain delivery time. Courteous, professional, prompt and affordable service. Highly recommended.

I had Adrian come to clean and service my furnace at the beginning of the 2015 heating season.

He responded promptly to my inquiry, was able to schedule an appointment in short order, and was flexible in accommodating my schedule by giving me an evening appointment, so I didn't even have to take time off work.

When he came, Adrian was courteous and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He even gave my oven a quick check with his carbon monoxide sniffer, to make sure it was operating safely.

His price for the work was less than the bigger companies I had called. And I appreciated being able to support an independent tradesman.

I have already recommended Adrian to several of my neighbours. And I'll be calling on him again next year to service my furnace; and whenever my stove finally gives up the ghost, to install a new one.

Adrian made the old gas fireplace in my house like new again! It was filthy inside with a pilot light that was sky-high when lit. He adjusted the pilot and took the time to thoroughly clean it inside and out.

Adrian also hooked up my gas barbecue.

He was lovely to deal with - so courteous and with a genuine smile.
