in 2018, John was thorough and did a very good job on the bathroom, with everything as requested. Removed and replaced old drywall and insulation, installed infloor heating, tiles, plumbing, cabinets and linen closet, framing, and worked with my electrical contractor. Small issue with timelines on follow up jobs. Very minor quality issues with the bathroom, e.g. the tub was not 100% level (a puddle stays in the tub after draining, which could have been shimmed to get it to drain fully) and that water gets trapped on outward sloping windowsills (he said he tried to slope it inwards to avoid this but didn't quite work). However, his price was truly excellent, and 3 years in, everything still is working well, and looking good.

My neighbor and I decided to jointly have a fence installed on the property line in 2016. They recommended this company, and I agreed to go with them. The fence still looks good. My one issue is that the gate doesn't always close properly, depending on if the ground is frozen or not. This year, I was digging down to install a pergola post, and as I suspected, their posts were embedded in concrete that extended only 2' down, not below the frost line as they said they would. As our entire back yard is filled with sandy soil, there is no excuse due to hard digging or rocks. Kind of annoyed that they didn't do what they said they would.

Lucas and co installed a bathroom vent cap in a flat roof for a reasonable price. Unfortunately it was a very old flat roof which was way past needing a replacement, which I didn't know at the time, and which Lucas couldn't see because it was covered in snow when he quoted and did the job. It leaked during our next thaw maybe a few days later and they came by quickly to help drain the water to reduce damage to the interior. Lucas replaced the flat roof for a very reasonable price and was able to get it done in record time, working some very late days. Professional and hardworking

Good service from Matthieu and also another salesperson who got us our range hood even though they don't normally allow pick-ups on Sunday. A small selection of higher power range hoods and couldn't test it out in store for strength and noise level, but I think I got what I needed (still need to install and try out). Edit: We have installed the hood and it is great. Very quiet on lowest speed. Very powerful on highest speed. Only beef is the buttons are close together and could be more intuitive.

Very good Service. Adrian was polite, on time, worked late in the day to make sure we had hot water that evening, and his price was great. Also, he impressed me with his integrity. There were a few minor issues (e.g. venting pipes somewhat misaligned) and he came back and corrected them cheerfully. Would definitely recommend.

Having had Daniel S. and his crew work on a previous home with no issues, I signed a contract with him in December 2015, and I paid a substantial deposit of over $10K. His crew completed 4 days of work demolition in January, then we paused the work to wait for the building permit. I contacted him when the building permit was received, then I received excuses as to why he could not come or no response, and no more work was completed. He has since not been returning my phone calls, texts, or e-mails for over a month. DO NOT PROVIDE DAN SMITH WITH ANY MONEY IN ADVANCE OF HIM DOING WORK. This is now going to be a serious problem for me, not just financially but also time-wise and stress-wise.
