Loved purchasing through pacesetter! They made things very easy and helped us along the way and everything was done exceptionally. They went above and beyond to walk us through things and make sure we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend to others!

We weren’t looking for a townhouse, for o okie daughter but when we saw this one we knew it was it. The neighborhood is new and quiet. The neighbors are great. The location is wxactly where we wanted it.

我強烈推薦Pacesetter Homes這個建築商給需要在Edmonton 買新房子的朋友們。我是在2017年年底過來Edmonton 看房子的，看了許些後就很鍾意Pacesetter 在Glenridding Heights 的一個叫Mackenzie 的一個戶型。我喜歡這個建築商設計的戶型方正，窗戶很大，房子很明亮。而且它給客戶的自由度很大，客戶可以在它戶型的基礎上加減自己喜歡的設計，顏色，材料，升級等等都是自己選擇的。可以說整個房子都是自己設計的，造晚後我很滿意很有成就感。最值得稱讚的是Pacesetter Homes 的銷售團隊，他們服務很周到很耐心，整個買房到交房過程很順心如意。接待我的是個老外叫Kelly, 他很懂得中國文化，也很有禮貌和nice. 我問的問題他都耐心回答了，也很快回復我。我感覺自己很幸運遇到他！也很感激他！我和家人在2018年8月正式搬進來新家了，家人都很滿意也住得舒適。婆婆還說他們的warranty 團隊很好，住進來一年後就能為家裡修修補補，連whether strip 也免費給換新的了。I highly recommend Pacesetter Homes to new comers ! They have excellent design layout and professional staffs! I am so lucky to met the sales manager Kelly in Glenriding Heights! He is very nice and professional. He is knowledgeable to solve my questions and reply me in a timely manner! I remembered one day I texted him for a sudden pop up request from my mind at 1:30am night time, he replied me" okay!" Which shocked me and impressed me very much! I am very appreciative for his helpful and positive attitude! Lately, I remembered two friends to Kelly to buy their investment property which is in Glenriding Ravine. We all have great confidence with Kelly and Pacesetter Homes!

When the times are bad seems Pacesetter steps up their game, but when the times are good and they pass off workmanship to people not even qualified and don’t care about yours problems and do a horrible job fixing them!!! We also bought in 2015 and have had issues that we ended up still paying for out of pocket that were done substandard in our 2400+ square foot home. I would not recommend this builder- reputation should be standard in good times and bad times.

Amazing Sales ladies Dianne & Kate they help me a lot from start to finish. Nice home design especially the bunos room and the kitchen. Small house compare to others but very spacious.

We had an amazing experience from choosing our new home, to customizing it and we can’t wait to move in. Pacesetter has kept us up to date throughout the entire process. We highly recommend!!!
