A professional company with fair price and very personable. The salesperson was knowledgeable and provided me with all options available. The appointment was made within a week of calling. They were efficient and clean when replacing my windows and doors. A really great and smooth experience. Totally recommend!!

Mehdi came out to our home on a Sunday night to begin the conversation about providing an estimate for a custom front door. From our first meeting, we knew this was the company for us. We had a picture of our house and begain switching the color and glass so we could visually see what our new door would look like. The front desk service was excellent, the price fair, and the install crew skillfully installed our beautiful front door. Thanks to all at custom Direct

My boyfriend ordered custom doors for our new reno home December 7th. After a deposit was paid, getting a hold of Christopher (our contact) was nearly impossible. It took several phone calls (on our part, not a single call on his) to schedule an instillation date. Every time we called, his response would be “oh I was just about to call you”, after weeks, and dozens of these unreciprocated phone calls (AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and a WASTE OF TIME) an instillation date was finally booked.

The doors were put in at the end of January (only due to our pestering). The installation team however, was really lovely, did a great job, even cleaned up afterwards.

Now, 4 months later, we are still waiting for our storm door. We've again, called several times, with no real answer or explanation from Christopher. Today we called again (it’s been a month since we followed up last – and he has made NO effort to finish the job). As my boyfriend began asking him about the storm door, his response was “I am on vacation” and hung up the phone.

Although the installation team was good, and the doors look nice, the customer service is the WORST we’ve ever experienced, such a hassle, such a waste of time, NOT REMOTELY WORTH IT. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

Over 4 months, dozens of phone calls, thousands of dollars, and we are still missing a door.

We ordered windows from Custom Direct in mid October. It was hard to get a committed date from them to install them, as they were working on a ' large project' , and all their crews were working on that. They finally came in the beginning of Dec to install. We windows did look good initially , BUT we did not realize that they did not caulk 2 of the windows that were only accessible by ladder (they installed 5) until 1 month later; we have had some water damage in the house due to this. I called several times, and was told someone would be in touch by the end of the week. Someone did call, and arranged to come the next business day...surprize!! NOBODY showed up. Again, I called, left messages, and emailed. No Response. My husband finally did it himself, so that we would not have any more water damage in the house with the rain we were having

Hired them to replace windows on my entire house in July. This is December and the job still hasn't been finished. Took them three trips to finish the windows and installed a clear glass window when I asked for a glazed window. Now I walk into my house and see my plywood through a dummy clear glass window. Instead of admitting the mistake, wanted to put a glazed paper on the window. Rolled up to my house with an UGLY looking black paper. I paid 15K for these windows and wasn't going to have my house ruined with that paper so I told him to come back and volunteered to even buy the glazed paper. After numerous phone calls and messages, still waiting for them to come finish the job. I would caution until they get their act together.

We are gutting an old home in Etobicoke and changing all the windows and doors. We worked with the salesman, Robert Furtado, to help make selections and stay true to the period of the home and the neighbourhood. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His installation team, lead by Fatos, was incredible and really went the extra mile to leave us happy. He was polite, patient and professional as was his team and he took pride in his work and respected our home like his own. The installation just finished today and there are a few small outstanding items but I am sure Robert and Custom Direct will continue to work with me to finish them up.

We saw Direct doing another installation, and stopped and chatted. They were very helpful and directed us to their sales person who showed up the next morning, on time ! Chris quoted the project, made some great recommendations and then promised delivery and installation ! This was a time sensitive job as they were other trades on this project and I asked Chris for the delivery date and he fit our schedule, which was excellent. Then he called 3 days ahead so that they could deliver it and then installed it the same day, which was better than I had anticipated. The window is terrific and the installation and clean up were very professional.
