Custom Windows

After having read some reviews and an actual visit at custom windows direct including their plant tour, I was convinced of the quality and service of this company. I compared about 8 diffferent companies for my windows and doors. Custom windows direct people were honest, reliable and provided excellent service. Although they were a little slower than what I would have liked, they wanted the work to be perfect.
The owner came too see the work being done and their office manager Darylleigh who was instrumental in pushing and ensuring everything went on time and smoothly. Thank you to the custom direct window team.

Very disappointed with poor quality job and equally poor workmanship.
I had a couple of windows replaced over the last 2 years. The sales person took incorrect measurements. When I pointed out about the wrong size the owner agreed to replace those windows with the correct size. Of the replaced windows three are leaking moisture and collecting mold around the edges (see pictures) and below window crank. After several calls there is no response from the owner on a solution. The receptionist wont give the owners cell phone and number as he doesn't want to provide any post sales customer service
Now I am stuck with these faulty windows or I have to bear the cost and have it replaced by someone more reputable.

Custom Direct is a very good company
We had new Window's and door's put into our home in Hamilton 2yrs. ago.
The work they did for us was perfect and the men were very friendly and curtious
We were so pleased with their work and product , when we purchased our home in Port Dover we didn't look for another company
I called them to see if they would come out this far to do Window's and Door's for us again. The travel wasn't an issue they accepted the job.
The job was done in 2 day's and we are very pleased with their work again .
I have already given their name to a few people.

The project was delayed by more than a month with absolutely no explanation for the delay and the customer service was very bad. Will not recommend them to anyone. Please look for another company

Had quotes from several well known GTA companies. Mehdi was recommended to me by a colleague at work. Mehdi's quote was very competitive while maintaining a quality product.
Mehdi is very knowlegdeable and has production ideas which are a true reflection of his expertise. I would not hesistate to recommend Mehdi to my friends and family and should additional work bee needed in the future i will

I recently had a door installed by Custom Direct Windows & Doors Ltd. What I thought was going to be a great experience actually was short of a nightmare. Everything started great, but the sales representative dropped the ball several times, claiming he never received emails from me, etc. even though he gave a second email to make sure he got it. The door was delayed horribly. Head office took over from their and the put a rush on the door. The door arrived and it was everything and more than I expected. I love it. The installers were absolutely amazing, quick (2 hours door out and new one in), tidy, professional as I said amazing. I was fully expecting some kind of email with customer satisfaction (if you get an oil change in your car you get one), but nothing. I sent an email off the next day to tell them how happy I was with the door, but I had a few little pics that should be taken care of. The door handle had a scratch on it, and the door started squeaking so loud it would wake up the neighbourhood. I reported both things as well as a small mark on the inside, which I was not that fussed about. Four emails later and nothing, not an acknowledgement, nobody came out to fix or look at the door, nothing. I love the door but the customer service/follow up sucks at this place. I would not recommend them to my neighbour the other day because I did not want the same thing happening to them. Two neighbours actually looking for doors for their home, and I would not give them the name

I had a front door and storm door installed by Custom Direct. The closer on the storm door failed within 6 months and Custom Direct will take no responsibility for fixing it.

Wonderful customer service and very good installation job. I would recommend these guys to anybody! Very helpful and informative, and beautiful Windows at a great price. Not to mention the friendly atmosphere within their company. Keep up the good work custom direct!!
