We are happy to give a 5 Star review to T & S Granite, Hamilton. We had a whole kitchen reno with new counters, a waterfall edge and fireplace surround. The work and service was excellent. From the design to installation there was high level of attention to detail. We would highly recommend them.
Firemen Movers were recommended to us by a few different people and we weren't disappointed. We had a move from a condo to a temporary location and to a house. The movers carefully wrapped and packed everything from the condo. There were several heavy items, as well as delicate items and they took great care placing them onto the truck. The first move of the day was an apartment above a retail location. The stairs up were narrow, but the movers got everything up without problem. It was a hot August day and you could see them sweating but they never complained. The final move was some items to a house. Work was being done at the house and access on the driveway was about 90% blocked. They were able to navigate around the obstacles and once again carefully move all the items to this destination. I will happily hire them again when I make my next move.
Windows and doors installation
We are gutting an old home in Etobicoke and changing all the windows and doors. We worked with the salesman, Robert Furtado, to help make selections and stay true to the period of the home and the neighbourhood. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His installation team, lead by Fatos, was incredible and really went the extra mile to leave us happy. He was polite, patient and professional as was his team and he took pride in his work and respected our home like his own. The installation just finished today and there are a few small outstanding items but I am sure Robert and Custom Direct will continue to work with me to finish them up.
Highest professionalism. Trained, qualified and insured. Addressed all our concerns, answered all questions, and were punctual, dependable and both safety and service oriented. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
