Thank you so much for choosing me to do your home inspection. I'm glad you were able to walk away from the first house and make a good decision on the second. This is not typical but in your case almost a necessity. When there are that many unknowns in the home it can get very costly if other problems start to unfold as you make the necessary repairs.
